The apartment was clean and spacious, with two rooms and a kitchenette. The stove was gas, but the oven didn’t work. In the toilet, water kept running, so we had to turn off the water valve manually to avoid wasting water. You could even see the sea from the balcony. Not very modern but clean. Close to the Lidl shop is a benefit and one of the best public beach ⛱️ in this region makes this place quite good choice to stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks me and my partner. We arrived very early hours of the morning due to flight being delayed. Lady at the desk got us checked in and showed us to the room and showed us where everything was . Was able to purchase aircon at this time at night . It is €6.50 a day , you get a €10 euro refund if you keep the receipt on return. The apartment was nice and spacious, cleaner came everyday which was a bonus , pool area was clean and loads of beds. The bar food had lots of choices of food & drink. Ate multiple times from it , no complaints. Staff were lovely and helpful. 5 minute walk from Lidil and bus stop. Bus stop takes you to the bus station which then you have to get another bus to the harbour although there’s lots of things to do/ eat at tombs of the kings which you could walk or get the bus . There was a fridge, kettle ,cooker and hobs. All gas but was provided with matchsticks. The hotel is all UK plugs so don’t need to worry about bringing an adapter. We enjoyed our stay as a couple and would definitely return. Only improvement we would say is the pool to open later than 6pm. Overall if your easily pleased and looking for a nice simple budget apartment this is suitable for you.

Small apartment with sea view. On arrival, we waited in reception for 20 minutes to check in to find that only one person was working the reception and the bar area at the same time. The staff there was rude, and it felt like they was talking down to us every time we needed to talk to them, on arrival and checking out. Rooms not clean and dirty under the beds. Balcony was dirty and mouldy. Wardrobe was ready to fall apart. Shower was either scolding hot or freezing and shower and bath covered in limescale. Shower traps was absolutely disgusting! They cleaned every other day. Had to pay 10 euros deposit for AC AC was 6.50 a day Breakfast was supposed to be like a buffet but it was wasn't, you had to ask for what you wanted for it to be cooked. Options didn't look very appealing as where they cook the food is at the bar so we didn't bother. Area wasn't very clean, kinda smelled funny outside the building and there was a dead rat outside the bottom apartment. In general if you want somewhere cheap and you plan to not spend much time at the apartment it will be OK. It's in a good location and close to everything you could need. This place has potential but so many things have let it down.

had to leave the hotel half way through our stay as we did not feel safe in the location, the lock on the door was broken, the bathroom window did not lock. the location is very far out from city centre, especially when it is very difficult to walk in the heat and there is nothing apart from a small shop within a 10 minute walk of the hotel, so it was difficult to really experience Paphos. the sheets and living area were dirty and dirty towels were taken away by the cleaner and when we asked for new ones, we were laughed at by reception and told we would get new ones in two days. the hotel staff showed that they did not like us, particularly after this. overall would not recommend.
