Firstly would like to say my experience as a 50 plus person would be completely different to who I think this place is actually aimed at twenty somethings. I found it quite noisey the first two nights and the staff did everything they could to find a better location on site for me. Even upgrading me at no extra cost. The staff make this place they are amazing the lady on reception I think her name was Caroline, old age means I’m a bit forgetful. She may have even been the manager. She was friendly and really helpful. The rooms was adequate for what they were. Surprised there was no microwave though so the only thing to cook on was the two hobs and a toaster. Rooms are a good size and shower is excellent very powerful. Something else to note large coaches cannot get to the hotel so they park on the main road and you have to walk down. Being we had rubbish flights with jet2 we didn’t get there till after midnight. Then had to walk the five minute walk down the hill at gone midnight, only to find no one on reception, we waited nearly 40 minutes for someone to turn up as I was on my own with my 8 year old grandchild it really wasn’t acceptable. I tried calling reception hoping they could access the phone wherever they was. Turns out he was in the bar where all the noise was coming from one we got into our room. The bed was comfortable, nice little balcony they are all pool facing. You can walk into Ayia Napa easy enough from hotel. But it’s quite a rundown area. Saying that as a woman on her own with a young child we never once had any problems and I always felt safe. Would I visit the hotel again no, saying that I probably wouldn’t visit the area again. The people were friendly just wasn’t my kind of place. Visit the Queen VIC restaurant in town by the beach for great meals and really great staff

I ve been to many places but this is a first, they charge you for air conditioner 7 euros everyday for each room, they dont say that on their website, they have also have rules which they fine you 50 euros if you break. The food was good and some of the guys from the bar were friendly

A beautiful and clean hotel, but the behavior of some of the employees there and their lack of respect is very strange. There are signs with prohibited items, as if you are in a prison and not a hotel. The employees need many lessons on dealing with politeness and respect with tourists. In my four trips to Aya Napa, I have never seen such laws before. The cooling does not turn on before paying 49 euros،If you lose the key, you will be fined 80 euros. Better to pay more money and book another hotel and get much better treatment.

To be honest, I wouldn’t trust the negative reviews of this hotel. We stayed at Christabelle for one week in the end of july. When we came to the hotel, the staff was very welcoming and they explained all the basic rules of the hotel. Our room was next to the pool, the room was very clean and modern. We didn’t really hear any noises coming from the pool during day or night. Since there are a lot of young people at the hotel who party, we could hear people coming back from the bars during night/morning time (if they weren’t being quiet) if they lived in the same housing unit as we did. Aircondition was included in our package so we didn’t pay extra for it (but it is clearly said on their website that aircondition is 7e extra per night. It’s. Also pretty standard for 3 star hotel to charge extra for it). We had no issues with housekeeping. Our room was cleaned, bed sheets and towels were changed. The cleaning ladies very friendly and super understanding because we were very hungover a couple of times in the morning. The pool area was nice, it is a bit crowded during day but me always managed to get sunbeds. The opening hours of the pool are clearly said in the signs near the pool, also the pool is cleaned everyday after 8 a clock so obviously they don’t want anyone swimming there once the cleaning starts. They have a pool bar with good selection of drinks and food (Highly recommend eating something there atleast once). You aren’t allowed to drink/eat your own things at the pool. This is understandable because the have pool bar, of course they prefer you to drink and eat there. The prices are ok at the pool bar (they aren’t trying to rip you off). The staff at the pool Bar is also very friendly, especially the older guy with longer hair. They recommend at the hotel that you leave your key at the hotel reception especially during the night time (you get this card with your room information). You can request your key from the reception when you come back. I think this is good solution and it was super easy for me and my friend if we didn’t come back at the same time (the first one at the hotel can get the key). Special thanks also for the guys at the reception (night shift), they very super nice and understanding.
