bar staff attitude was not the best at all especially the older guy. The pool table failed to release the balls and took €6 off us. We told the man and his attitude was disgraceful and did not give us our money back. Location was great and not a far walk from the strip and restaurants. Room were very spacious and comfortable.

Very very rude bar staff .( not the young staff ) The old staff . Had to use plastic glasses but locals were given glass ! I split up from my friends and had no phone. The receptionist wouldn’t give me their phone number, said she didn’t have it at first so I told her we filled it in on arrival she said she couldn’t share the information also told me that they had gone out for dinner ( we all left to a local bar together) another lie . My friends had there aftershave stolen from their room and it’s 9 euros a day for air conditioning . T V didn’t work . Also I had to accommodate my friend the 1st night as his room had not been cleaned. His room was also situated down a dark alley 5 mins away from the main hotel . BOOK AT OWN RISK

Really good for a girls/lads holiday. Staff were incredible and really friendly, were always chatty and smiling. our room was big and nice and clean. air conditioning is an extra fee, however we were expecting to pay upon arrival and planned accordingly, although it wasn’t expensive. we ate at the pool bar several times and the staff, food and drinks were lovely and not too pricey. plenty of sun loungers for everyone around the pool and the pool itself was really good. hotel is about a 5-10 min walk from the strip and is close to other restaurants. nissi beach is about a 5-10 min taxi ride which are easy to get from the hotel. All in all i’d say this hotel exceeded our expectations and was really worth the money we paid. I’d say maybe stay out of season if you’re going for a family holiday, however it is ayia napa so it’s common sense that it’s not a luxury family holiday destination

OK rooms but disappointed to learn that air conditioning is an extra 7 euros per day over and above the room rate. Rooms are also quite noisy especially if kids are thundering around upstairs or in corridors. Parking is good. 24 hour reception is good. Staff are pleasant.

Firstly would like to say my experience as a 50 plus person would be completely different to who I think this place is actually aimed at twenty somethings. I found it quite noisey the first two nights and the staff did everything they could to find a better location on site for me. Even upgrading me at no extra cost. The staff make this place they are amazing the lady on reception I think her name was Caroline, old age means I’m a bit forgetful. She may have even been the manager. She was friendly and really helpful. The rooms was adequate for what they were. Surprised there was no microwave though so the only thing to cook on was the two hobs and a toaster. Rooms are a good size and shower is excellent very powerful. Something else to note large coaches cannot get to the hotel so they park on the main road and you have to walk down. Being we had rubbish flights with jet2 we didn’t get there till after midnight. Then had to walk the five minute walk down the hill at gone midnight, only to find no one on reception, we waited nearly 40 minutes for someone to turn up as I was on my own with my 8 year old grandchild it really wasn’t acceptable. I tried calling reception hoping they could access the phone wherever they was. Turns out he was in the bar where all the noise was coming from one we got into our room. The bed was comfortable, nice little balcony they are all pool facing. You can walk into Ayia Napa easy enough from hotel. But it’s quite a rundown area. Saying that as a woman on her own with a young child we never once had any problems and I always felt safe. Would I visit the hotel again no, saying that I probably wouldn’t visit the area again. The people were friendly just wasn’t my kind of place. Visit the Queen VIC restaurant in town by the beach for great meals and really great staff
