We read the mixed reviews and thought we would give it a try (find out for ourselves) we previously stayed here 4year ago and I can't honestly say ITS GONE DOWNHILL MASSIVELY.
Rooms are dirty! Sheets never changed once in a 7night stay, (needed to be because the muck from floors were trailed) cleaner was in when we got back we waited outside then went in our feet turned black and dust stuck to us, the shower doesn't have a plug so everyones dirt that has gone down the plug comes back up as your water drains, toilet had black water in on arrival, sick on the bin and side of shower, two kids on sofa beds one had a small mattress on top the other didn't very uncomfortable. If you want somewhere cheap and cheerful and don't care about feeling clean to put your head down after one night on the drink this is your place if not stay clear!
Even the stairs to the room were not cleaned of rubbish for the full week.
Pool area and bar well what can I say floor feels and looks scruffy, spilt drink still on the floors cups and straws lying round everywhere pink t-shirt staff miserable one word answers and not willing to help with the smallest of questions. Blue t-shirt bar man was the only one who smiled.
Breakfast tasted like vinegar and cold. Filter grates for the pool covered in algae, which were in your face if holding onto the side of the pool which you had too while the drunk people were chucking each other round in the pool, water was that cloudy on a few days I couldn't see my kids 2meters away! Possibly steming from the two individuals doing things that should be in a bedroom! Staff watching rather than stopping it.
Oh and the staff were like fly's round you if you brought any good/don't inks in including water which you were already drinking. They take it off you and bin it.
Overall stay away is my recommendation! 1star for the price is all we would give (if that) €550 euros for 6 disgusting sleeps

Christabelle Hotel Apartments exceeded our expectations — the place is exceptionally clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is warm and relaxing. A perfect choice for a comfortable and well-maintained stay!

Had an amazing experience staying at this hotel, the food was 10/10 especially the cheeseburgers. Would definitely come back and would recommend. Staff were brilliant and very welcoming!
My friends and I stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The staff are all so friendly and so funny. The food is amazing and so much to pick from. Would recommend so much! Will be back again! x

We r very happy with our stay. The rooms r very clean,there is WiFi and Netflix. It is in a quiet area.The pool and the pool area was clean. Very near to the centre. We ll definitely visit again
