Mixed Experience – Beautiful Location but Some Comfort Issues I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, but there are a few important things to note: 🔹 Rooms: The door mechanism is quite loud – doors close with a strong noise due to the lack of soft-closing dampers. At night, when someone returns late to their room, it can wake up the entire floor. In the morning, it’s practically impossible to sleep in because of the constant banging. A quieter door system would make a big difference. 🔹 Breakfast: It would be great if breakfast were extended until 11:00 AM, especially for guests who want to rest a bit longer in the morning. 🔹 Beach Towels: Towels are changed every two days. Personally, I would have preferred daily replacement, as I’ve experienced in many hotels around the world. 🔹 Staff: The staff is very friendly and welcoming – definitely one of the highlights of the stay. 🔹 Pool & Beach: The pool area is peaceful and adults-only, which is a big plus. However, I recommend going to the beach, where two sunbeds and an umbrella cost only €7.50 per day – a great deal and very relaxing. 🔹 Cleanliness: Rooms are cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. 🔹 Sauna: Located in the basement and available at an extra cost, but unfortunately it wasn’t turned on by default, which was a bit disappointing. 📍 Conclusion: A beautiful, relaxing location perfect for adults, but with a few comfort-related improvements (like quieter doors and towel policy), it could offer a much better experience.

Highly recommended! The hotel was exceptionally clean and situated in a convenient location. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return in the future.

Very nice hotel. Clean. The staff are nice. The dining area is very clean and the food is well presented. Breakfast and evening meal is buffet style and lunch time is from a menu which are sizeable portions. Hotel is right on the beach which is sandy and clear water. I stayed here for a long weekend with a friend to enjoy the sun, and we really had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect (with the beach right in front and the city center within walking distance), and the pool was beautiful. I also forgot to take two shirts back to the Netherlands, but they sent them to me right away.

Our honeymoon at this hotel turned into the worst experience we've had at a hotel so far. We booked and paid for a Penthouse with a half-board package two months in advance, only to arrive and be told that the Penthouse was no longer available. Instead, we were given another room and promised an "upgrade" to the Penthouse once it became available. This was completely unacceptable, especially given the special occasion we were celebrating. To make matters worse, the receptionist rushed us into signing documents without allowing us to read them first. As compensation for the inconvenience, we received two lunch vouchers—only to realize that at least a dozen other guests had received the same, suggesting this was not an isolated issue. The food was another major disappointment. It was either tasteless or overwhelmingly spicy, with a repetitive, cafeteria-style selection. No matter the time of day, frozen fries seemed to be a staple on the menu. While the hotel boasts a beautiful view, that hardly makes up for the unprofessional treatment and lack of respect for its guests. What was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime trip became a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone—think twice before booking here!
