This was easily one of the most disappointing stays I have ever had at a hotel rated as 4 stars. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the standard of the property is significantly lower, and the value for money leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was the food. I booked the All-Inclusive option expecting to try local dishes and enjoy a varied cuisine. The reality turned out to be completely different. The meals were monotonous, bland, and gave the impression of being prepared solely to minimize costs. For most of my stay, I practically survived on French fries, and I even had to ask the staff for ketchup. Instead of taking advantage of the All-Inclusive package I paid for, I was forced to regularly eat out at local restaurants. That speaks for itself. On top of that, they didn't even serve original Coca-Cola in bottles or cans—there was only post-mix soda from a dispenser. It might seem like a minor detail, but it perfectly illustrates the hotel's overall approach to cutting costs at the expense of its guests. What disappointed me the most was that I barely had the chance to try traditional dishes or fresh local fruit, which you would naturally expect in Cyprus. The dining options were extremely limited and far below the standard a hotel of this category should represent. Another major drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the lobby. Given the temperatures in Cyprus, it was impossible to sit there comfortably and relax, which is hard to fathom for a self-proclaimed 4-star hotel. The building itself is visibly outdated. Although the rooms and common areas were reasonably clean, you can see the signs of aging at every turn. I was also surprised by the complete lack of electrical outlets in the bathroom, making it impossible to conveniently use or charge an electric toothbrush. On a positive note, the staff deserves high praise. The employees were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, even the best service cannot compensate for the numerous shortcomings of the hotel itself. What makes it all even more absurd is that right next door, there is a 5-star hotel often offered at a very similar price point. Friends of mine who stayed there enjoyed an incomparably higher standard in every respect—from the food and infrastructure to the overall quality of the stay. In my opinion, this property does not deserve a 4-star rating in any way. The price is completely disproportionate to the standard provided, and I strongly advise against booking the All-Inclusive option.

We enjoyed a peaceful holiday in a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was clean, the food was good, and the staff were very friendly. The beach is very close... you can easily alternate between the sea and the pool. It is a place worth returning to. Thank you

The room was great, the staff was also very helpful and nice. The breakfast is very good and diverse. Not enough sunbeds at the pool, usually you have to wake up really early in the morning to secure a spot at a sunbed, but a public beach with sand and clean water is very close, basically at 100-200 meters from the hotel's pool. The view from the top floor is beautiful. All in all, we had a great stay and nothing to complain about.

Had our 2nd visit to the hotel a few weeks ago and it was amazing. Hotel is very clean, the staff are all very polite and helpful and the food is really nice. Perfectly placed right on sandy bay which means no walking to the beach, it’s also only a few minutes walk to the nearest shop. Cannot recommend highly enough, this should have a 5 star rating.

The location is excellent, perfect for anyone who loves sitting in front of the sea and listening to the waves. The pool is right at the entrance to the beach — absolutely wonderful. The breakfast is varied and tasty. I slept excellently; the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and very prompt. And the prosecco at breakfast is an excellent idea. 🥂
