We had one night at this hotel not very impressed the room had a stail smell, no bottled water , no soap, old towels and no kettle to make a coffee and no coffee tea. Also we were charged an extra 23 euros fees on top of our one night fee of 80 euros .Making our one night stay $181Australian dollars .

We booked this hotel on Bookings.com and while it was advertised for 75euro it ended up costing us A$ 181+ . We mentioned this to the staff but by their reactions it didn’t worry them at all. They didn’t realize this costs them customers!!
This hotel is average to below average in all aspects.
We then moved to another hotel for the rest of our time in Paphos.

BE CAREFUL THEIR CLEANING LADIES TRIED TO STEAL OUR THINGS. It wasn't the first time we stayed there and lost stuff, but we thought we had lost them, but it turned out to be the opposite. They should take responsibility.
Great disappointment from the hotel staff and even from the hotel owner, during our stay at the hotel on 23/05/2026 for one night. Upon our arrival we knew that the next morning check-out was at 12 noon. In the morning we left the hotel and when we return at 10:30 and as soon as we opened the room door all of our personal belongings were missing and the room was clean without us doing any check-out and without allowing anyone to touch our personal belongings. We started searching and found a cleaning lady who pretended not to know anything, and then she started giving us our things from bags that she had thrown away or hiding somewhere, specifically some of our thing was in a basket with used toilet paper. We immediately asked the cleaning lady to call the management and the owner. Once in the room we reported the incident and the answer we got was that it's okay since we're stepping outside with our shoes on dirt and shit. After many discussions with the owner and after we mentioned that we were going to file a complaint, he said that he would reimburse us for our money. And when I say our money, he also told us the value of some of our things at the cost of 250€. We packed up what was left and headed to the reception. When we got there to check out and get our compensation, the girl at the reception told us, thank you very much for your stay and have a good bye. So the girl at the reception was not aware of the incident, we reported the incident to the girl and she called the owner, when the owner came, he said sorry for the inconvenience, apologized and told us to good bye and the only thing he could do is give us one night free to stay at the hotel. We told him that there is no chance of us going again to stay over there!!After destroying our property worth of around 500€ they only reimbursed us with 80€ that we already had paid for the room!

Went for four days and didn’t expect anything special from Hotel.
But I was kinda surprised:
1. Rooms are clean and new (comparing to other 3* in Cyprus - the best).
2. Breakfast is good enough (again for 3* one of the best), it’s includes everything even variety of desserts.
3. Admin part and workers - whenever I am asking for something I am getting a pleasant answer or action.
Generally - the best 3* from what I have seen in Cyprus.

I don't understand the poor reviews of this hotel.
I have just spent 5 nights on a bed and breakfast stay and found the hotel to be clean, friendly and perfectly located.
The room was very comfortable with extra pillows if needed and lots of nice fresh towels that were changed during my stay. Bins were emptied daily and rooms cleaned.
The public areas of the hotel were also very clean and comfortable, beautiful lounge area to sit and relax and a very spacious restaurant.
I only had breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on the evening meals, but breakfast was delicious. Large hot selection, continental meats and cheeses, plus yoghurt, fruit and cake ( and delicious rice pudding, always a winner for me). There must have been 5 different bread selections to toast too. Staff are attentive and tables are cleared swiftly.
The pool area is large and I know I travelled off season, but plenty of beds, seating and a lovely pool bar.
The hotel is greatly located with easy access to bars, restaurants and kiosks and reception staff are friendly and welcoming.
It took me a slow amble of 25 minutes to walk to the harbour.
I would not hesitate to return
