Honestly the best experience of my life. The family have been so well looked after. The people here have been wonderful. There is so much to do even in October, especially if you have a car. I'm dreading going home and can't wait to return

Great week away at these Villas with my girlfriend and two sons.
The location was a bit quiet but you are a stone throw from the beach, several restaurants and supermarkets and then a 10 euro taxi into Protaras.
The apartments were extremely keen but they could of been a bit more proactive on their maintenance, but once I highlighted a few things they were sorted the same day.

Lovely villas, with your own pool. Main living area and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Cleaned daily, towel changes. There is the option for do not disturb on the front door. 2nd week of the holiday we had fruit, freshly baked cup cakes and a traditional Cypriot dish left by the adjoining Hotel who own the villas. Only downside was not having the option to stay in the villa on our last day due to flight times, you have to pay extra for this and is only available if the villa is available, we were told ours wasn't, we checked later in the day it was, so we missed out on a day of our holiday in the villa. or have the option of using a hotel room again pay extra for this and is only a small, cheaper room at the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, for our wedding. The villa was spotless and exactly like the pictures on websites. The daily upkeep was to exceptional standards. We had one issue with maintaining, and was fixed the next morning with sincere apologies. The beach is a minute away and well kept. Would definitely stay again.. we loved it here

We came here last September & returned this July on each occasion staying in the Villas on the complex 3 bed & 4 bed.
I only have praise for the high standard of the Villas the excellent location - the brilliant swimming pool and recreation pool within the Hotel.
The pools on the 4 bed Villas aren't bad either.
Staff are very friendly & helpful with nothing appearing to much trouble.
There are multiple small coves to swim in all within easy walking distance.
Resteraunts to suit all tastes and pockets along with many bars to relax refresh & look out to sea, again all within easy walking distance.
For the 6 of us there was no need for a car, so it was idyllic just sit back enjoy the wonderful sunshine excellent surroundings of the Villa, Hotel, sea, good food and cold beer😎

3-Bedroom Luxury Villas
There are 14 three bedroom villas. The 120m² 3-bedroom villas having 3 bedrooms and 2 floors are able to accommodate 2-6 persons. Spacious living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. The villas have their own private swimming pool and garden. On the ground floor you can find the living room, the sitting room, the kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with its own bathroom, 2 twin rooms and a bathroom with shower. The swimming pool is rectangular, 18m³, with depth 1.40m and fresh water. All villas are open to a veranda which are equipped with, garden dining table, with sunbeds and umbrellas. Furthermore, all villas have private parking for 1 car. They are specially designed in advantageous location to offer luxury and comfort.
The villas are serviced by the nearby Louis Althea Beach hotel. Check in at 14:00 at the reception of the hotel and you will be taken in your villa. Guests staying in the villas can use the facilities of the hotel when open. Gym, SPA, 3 swimming pools, 2 bars, 2 restaurants, lobby, tennis court, kids playground.
4-Bedroom Luxury Villas
There are 4 four – bedroom villas. The 180m² front sea view villas having 4 bedrooms and 2 floors are able to accommodate 2-8 persons. Spacious living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. The villas have their own private swimming pool and garden. On the ground floor you can find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, the living room, the sitting room, the kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with its own bathroom with shower and a balcony which is shared with the twin-bedded room, 2 twin rooms, a balcony and a bathroom with jacuzzi. The swimming pool is rectangular, 32m³, with depth 1.40m and fresh water. All villas are open to a front sea view veranda which are equipped with, garden dining table, with sunbeds and umbrellas. Furthermore, all villas have private parking for 1 car. They are specially designed in advantageous location to offer luxury and comfort.
