Great villa, well maintained and cleaned daily. We even got some fresh fruit delivered during our stay courtesy of the hotel. Pool is lovely and big enough for four at least. Villa is excellent inside, good size bedrooms and kitchen area. WiFi and air conditioning was excellent during our stay, we were a family of four in one of the three bedroom villas. 5 minutes walk to the beach, with bars, restaurants and water sports. 5 minutes walk the opposite way and you are at the Main Street with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We hired a car, but was more than enough activities and food/bars we didn’t bother driving out anywhere else.

Just got back from a week in one of these luxury villas and it was perfect! Ideal location, several restaurants/bars within a few minutes walk. An abundance of local supermarkets to choose from and the beach right on the doorstep. The villa itself was maintained to a very high standard and cleaned daily, with fresh towels and friendly staff. The main hotel is just next door and their facilities are open for your use too, although we didn’t feel the need to, the villa had everything we wanted. Hope to visit again soon.

Great week away at these Villas with my girlfriend and two sons.
The location was a bit quiet but you are a stone throw from the beach, several restaurants and supermarkets and then a 10 euro taxi into Protaras.
The apartments were extremely keen but they could of been a bit more proactive on their maintenance, but once I highlighted a few things they were sorted the same day.

Lovely villas, with your own pool. Main living area and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Cleaned daily, towel changes. There is the option for do not disturb on the front door. 2nd week of the holiday we had fruit, freshly baked cup cakes and a traditional Cypriot dish left by the adjoining Hotel who own the villas. Only downside was not having the option to stay in the villa on our last day due to flight times, you have to pay extra for this and is only available if the villa is available, we were told ours wasn't, we checked later in the day it was, so we missed out on a day of our holiday in the villa. or have the option of using a hotel room again pay extra for this and is only a small, cheaper room at the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, for our wedding. The villa was spotless and exactly like the pictures on websites. The daily upkeep was to exceptional standards. We had one issue with maintaining, and was fixed the next morning with sincere apologies. The beach is a minute away and well kept. Would definitely stay again.. we loved it here

3-Bedroom Luxury Villas
There are 14 three bedroom villas. The 120m² 3-bedroom villas having 3 bedrooms and 2 floors are able to accommodate 2-6 persons. Spacious living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. The villas have their own private swimming pool and garden. On the ground floor you can find the living room, the sitting room, the kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with its own bathroom, 2 twin rooms and a bathroom with shower. The swimming pool is rectangular, 18m³, with depth 1.40m and fresh water. All villas are open to a veranda which are equipped with, garden dining table, with sunbeds and umbrellas. Furthermore, all villas have private parking for 1 car. They are specially designed in advantageous location to offer luxury and comfort.
The villas are serviced by the nearby Louis Althea Beach hotel. Check in at 14:00 at the reception of the hotel and you will be taken in your villa. Guests staying in the villas can use the facilities of the hotel when open. Gym, SPA, 3 swimming pools, 2 bars, 2 restaurants, lobby, tennis court, kids playground.
4-Bedroom Luxury Villas
There are 4 four – bedroom villas. The 180m² front sea view villas having 4 bedrooms and 2 floors are able to accommodate 2-8 persons. Spacious living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. The villas have their own private swimming pool and garden. On the ground floor you can find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, the living room, the sitting room, the kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with its own bathroom with shower and a balcony which is shared with the twin-bedded room, 2 twin rooms, a balcony and a bathroom with jacuzzi. The swimming pool is rectangular, 32m³, with depth 1.40m and fresh water. All villas are open to a front sea view veranda which are equipped with, garden dining table, with sunbeds and umbrellas. Furthermore, all villas have private parking for 1 car. They are specially designed in advantageous location to offer luxury and comfort.
