4* Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel provides high standards, technology and luxury to its clients and visitors. It offers modern and comfortable accommodation in a relaxing atmosphere with the convenience of all the attractions and amenities of the resort.
The rooms are attractively designed and have balconies with views of the sea and fishing harbour. They are all air-conditioned and heated, with a flat-screen television, satellite television, direct dial telephone, and refrigerator. Toiletries and slippers are provided for free.
The buffet restaurant offers a wide selection of international and Cypriot cuisine. Cocktails are available at both the pool bar and the main bar.
Video games, a pool table, and table tennis are among the hotel's entertainment options. On the beach, guests can participate in a variety of water activities. There is also a children's pool and a playground.
The Thalassa Municipal Museum of the Sea and the Monastery are also close by, and the vibrant city centre with its restaurants, shops, and nightlife is only 400 meters away. Larnaca International Airport is 36 kilometres distant, with free parking.

It was in excellent location - the staff was VERY friendly. a special thank to Mihaela who is the best receptionist I have seen in my life!!!
The hotel was close to the port, close the city center and a good beach right 1 minute walk from the hotel.
The food was DELICIOUS - better not possible. Very easy to get fat:)

hotel with a fantastic location for families and young people, featuring a pool and beach right in front of the hotel. The property is very clean and welcoming, with extremely friendly staff. The food is sure to please everyone, from local to international dishes. The property is always well-ventilated; if you suffer from excessive summer heat, this is the place for you.
This not really a 4 star, it’s a solid 3 star with the prices of a 4 star. It’s also not a boutique hotel at all. The only elements of design is a small lobby sitting area. The rest is just standard , cheap furniture .
Staff is very friendly and helpful .
Rooms are not clean enough and quite old .
Breakfast has a good variety but low quality-again, not boutique . Just industrial products, hardly any fresh fruit (just apples and bananas in a country that has amazing local seasonal fruit in the summer)
Very few hotel owned sunbeds on the beach . The beach right in front has rocks but is quite nice -if you walk a bit further you can enter the water without rocks .
Location is good, lots of restaurants nearby. Would not come again though.

Really good service from the entire staff. They are really helpful if you have questions about, for example, tours. The breakfast was really delicious, with something for everyone's taste. It really pays to buy a sea view room where you get the most beautiful view. The cleaning ladies also do their job to that extent. Really good air conditioning. It is close to many restaurants and 200 meters to a supermarket and kiosks. It is about 1km up to the main street with many shops. There are also buses that run close to the hotel. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel😍 All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Spent my birthday week here and came home yesterday, April 20th 25.
Had the most amazing, restful week. Such a lovely little hotel, the lovely staff made everything perfect. Myself and my husband were made to feel very special by all. Such a lovely surprise on my birthday too to come down to breakfast and there be Bubbly, Cake and singing haha.
This hotel is in a perfect position right on the beach, tucked away right near the harbour. The rooms were spotless, bed super comfy, food amazing. We enjoyed the Easter bbq too. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would 100% come back. Thank you to the ladies on reception, always so helpful, the ladies who cleaned our room were fab and the dining area and bar area staff I cannot give enough praise too. They all couldn't have been more kind and all seemed to be so happy in their work. Thank you Angelos, Costos ( fab Tia Maria coffees) Georgios, Nazim, Andri, Lalit and anyone else who's name I didn't catch.
I cried when I left but that was just because we'd had the most loveliest of holidays.
