Our stay at Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel was overall disappointing, although there were a few positive aspects worth mentioning. We were initially given a room with a nice view, but it had a strong, unbearable smell of dampness and there was no hot water. It was impossible to stay there. After complaining, we were moved to another room — slightly better, but with a much worse view. The good thing is that in the new room there was no unpleasant smell, and the corridor was also fresh. However, it seems that some rooms in the hotel are affected by this issue. Hopefully, the hotel will address and resolve this problem. On a positive note, the cleaning of both the hotel and the rooms was good. Housekeeping did their job well, and most of the staff were polite — they greeted us and smiled, which created a generally pleasant first impression. The food was not terrible, but definitely not for everyone. The hotel offers themed evenings, which is a nice idea. However, in my personal opinion, the meat was often either too dry or overly seasoned. It really depends on individual taste — some guests might enjoy it more. The swimming pool was also disappointing — the water was quite cold and not really suitable for children. Speaking of children, we had an ongoing issue with candy placed at the reception area. We are traveling with a 4-year-old child, and it was difficult to control access to sweets. We asked multiple times for the candy to be moved. Initially, the staff did not take this seriously. However, after insisting on speaking with the hotel owner, the issue was finally resolved — the candy was moved to a higher table where our child could not reach it. We appreciate that a solution was eventually found. That said, the situation was handled poorly by the person acting as the hotel and kitchen manager. During the discussion, he raised his voice at us and stated that we should control our child ourselves, which was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel has mixed aspects: decent cleanliness and friendly frontline staff, but also clear issues with room conditions, pool temperature, and management attitude. At the end of the day, it leaves you wondering whether the experience matches the price you pay.

Great boutique hotel with rooms of a nice standard & very friendly professional staff in beautiful Aiya Napa area. Hotel within very close proximity of the harbour, local beach and Aiya Napa town. Although the hotel only has one restaurant the food is of a good variety and standard and there is different areas you can relax and enjoy your time. The hotel has a chilled atmosphere, which certainly appeals to us!

Amazing location, right on the beach and by the harbour, supermarkets, restaurants, bars all on your door step. Very friendly and charming hosts & employees. The views are breath taking, there’s a nice pool with a bar, a lovely terrace to enjoy the breakfast with sea view, free parking right infront of the hotel. All in all, totally recommended and price value ratio is superbe! Thank you for having us and we’ll definitely come back.

Spent my birthday week here and came home yesterday, April 20th 25. Had the most amazing, restful week. Such a lovely little hotel, the lovely staff made everything perfect. Myself and my husband were made to feel very special by all. Such a lovely surprise on my birthday too to come down to breakfast and there be Bubbly, Cake and singing haha. This hotel is in a perfect position right on the beach, tucked away right near the harbour. The rooms were spotless, bed super comfy, food amazing. We enjoyed the Easter bbq too. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would 100% come back. Thank you to the ladies on reception, always so helpful, the ladies who cleaned our room were fab and the dining area and bar area staff I cannot give enough praise too. They all couldn't have been more kind and all seemed to be so happy in their work. Thank you Angelos, Costos ( fab Tia Maria coffees) Georgios, Nazim, Andri, Lalit and anyone else who's name I didn't catch. I cried when I left but that was just because we'd had the most loveliest of holidays.

Spotless clean rooms, very good service, steps away from the beach with the hotel's sunbeds and umbrellas so you don't have to pay extra for that. Pool area is also nice with a bar. The hotel provides beach towels as well. We booked b'n'b and quite happy with it. Staff are super nice and welcoming. Can't really fault anything. There is gym, sauna, pool table, table tennis etc
