The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The on-site amenities, including a large outdoor pool with water slides, a spa, and diverse dining options, cater to both relaxation and entertainment. Its prime location is just a short walk from the vibrant Protaras strip, yet it maintains a peaceful ambiance perfect for unwinding. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, this hotel delivers a memorable Cyprus experience.  

Our recent stay at the Golden Coast Hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel boasts modernisations, the reception team's service significantly impacted our experience. From the outset, securing a preferred room was a challenge; despite prior requests, we faced initial resistance and what felt like a misrepresentation from a staff member named Christina. We had requested for this weeks in advance, but was hit back with “we get requests 2 years in advance” - and you’re telling me that because?? A major disappointment was the lack of transparency regarding dining options. Our package included lunch at the Mediterranean Tavern and dinner at the Italian Terrace, yet we only discovered upon inquiry that both were largely unavailable during our stay, with no prior notification. The advertised beach bar was also closed. For instance, booking the taxi involved back-and-forth as staff were unaware it was pre-arranged, and the driver initially imposed an unadvertised time restriction. Similarly, confirming the restaurant booking required managers to re-approve what Antonis had already verbally confirmed, leading to frustrating delays. Thankfully, Antonis, a hotel manager, intervened and offered thoughtful solutions, such as arranging a complimentary taxi and accommodating our Mediterranean Tavern booking on departure day. However, even these arrangements were repeatedly complicated by poor internal communication at reception, leading to frustrating back-and-forth interactions. Kyriakos, another manager, also proved helpful in resolving issues. Room maintenance was inconsistent, with cleaners entering without our "make up room" sign, yet missing basic tasks. Furthermore, loud drilling disrupted our last morning, again, without prior notice or staff awareness. While some reception staff, like Anna Rita, were lovely and helpful, others, like Luna and Anna, seemed less accommodating. The issue of sunbeds being reserved with towels from very early morning was also a persistent frustration, limiting pool access. I understand they don’t classify this as busy yet but it’s very unfair to those who come down for a bed by the pool only For people to have put their towels down and not come back to their beds hours and hours later. Overall, while grateful for the managers' efforts to rectify issues, the hotel's guest experience is hampered by significant communication breakdowns and inconsistent service from the front desk. Improvements here are crucial for a truly luxury stay especially when building a luxury Marina next door!

We had a fantastic week at this hotel. The location and hotel grounds are perfect. Backs onto a gorgeous beach. Short walk into Pernera and a 10 min bus to Portaras. Food was amazing with nice Cypriot authentic food as an option. Staff were so friendly especially the guys on the pool bar and Akash in the restaurant. Ladies on reception went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Fantastic hotel and holiday!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Golden Beach Hotel from April 1st to April 8th, 2025, and our experience was simply outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how genuinely welcoming the entire atmosphere was. This warmth extended throughout our stay, thanks largely to the incredible staff. Everyone we interacted with was highly responsive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and neat. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, and all public areas and our room were spotless and well-maintained, contributing significantly to a relaxing stay. We must give special recognition to some key staff members who truly shone. At Reception, Anna, Lena, and Vasiliki were consistently brilliant – always greeting us with a smile, handling any queries efficiently, and offering helpful information. In the dining area, Maître d's Fanos and Paniko​s run an exceptional service; they were professional, attentive, and ensured a wonderful dining experience every time. The entire waitering staff also deserves praise for their hard work, friendliness, and efficiency. A true testament to their guest-focused approach was on our departure day. They graciously allowed us to stay in our room beyond the official check-out time, which made our last day incredibly convenient and stress-free. This flexibility was hugely appreciated and capped off a perfect stay. We cannot recommend the Golden Beach Hotel highly enough. If you're looking for a welcoming, spotless hotel with truly exceptional staff who genuinely care about their guests, look no further. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

I would wholeheartedly rate Golden Coast Beach Hotel a perfect 10/10, and perhaps even higher if possible! The ambiance is consistently excellent, always impeccably neat and clean, complemented by a truly polite and professional staff, including the exceptional service from Mr. Panikos, Mr. Fanos, and the lovely reception team of Anna, Lena, and Vasiliki.
