Picked this hotel as it looked close to the Tomb of the Kings historical sites, which I thought the kids would like. It's shown as 4*, but they must be different in Cyprus as I think more UK 2*. Rooms basic, but ok, but they give you a real key still!? With a big keyring that you have to carry round. The walls are paper think and you can hear everything your neighbours are doing!? we went All Inclusive, and the food was all buffet style, again good, but at 4* I'd expect waiter service. There were ants in parts of the dining room, so you need to pick your table well, but it's a bit of a free for all at times. Swimming pools nice, lots of sunbeds. Lunch served in the pool side bar, with limited snacks out of meal hours, but it's limited and they close the bar and remove snacks on the dot at 5pm. Entertainment is basic, usual mini disco, same songs as the last 25 years!? The adult entertainment lasted 15-20 mins which I thought was a bit quick, and they don't have any on Sundays!? It's well out of town, and away from the harbour where the shops and restaurants are - maybe a couple of miles walk to each, so you might find a rental car, or catch the bus often if you can't walk that far. We covered about 50 miles walking in the week. It's not a bad hotel, but it's not 4* as I'd expect. The usual greek not putting toilet paper down the loo applies, put it in a bin, and the safety of the electrical work will frighten some!!

We had a great time here at this hotel for 10 days. We had only bed and breakfast, which was nice but you do get bored of the same every day. Walls are paper thin in our room, but other guests didn't have the same, so it's just what luck you have with your room. Pools are lovely, and everything is clean. Places to eat and drink are in walking distance, but we hired a car to venture to new places. The highlight of this hotel is the bar staff. They made our trip so fun and memorable. They really make you feel welcome. Thank you, Ahmed. We would return here.

We have recently got back from our 7 night stay. Our holiday in Cyprus was great with this Hotel being the exception. First of all, the pillows are like breeze blocks. We had to request soft ones which took 2 days to arrive and then were taken away on the 5th day. We had a tour operator deliver us a partial refund to the reception in an envelope with our name and room nbr written on it. After asking various reception staff for this over a 2 day period and being told it is not here, it took for a very angry tour operator to come back to the hotel with the threat of calling the police before they found it. This did cause a bit of distress. The hotel was extremely noisy due to poorly designed rooms (thin walls) Kids, teenagers and adults running up and down the corridors which actually sounded like they were in our room until early hours every evening which meant lack of sleep. On checkout which was at 2.50am we were met with a very rude receptionist who refused us our swim towels deposit because I had lost the receipt. I was told he is not giving it to us because we have stole the towels and were looking to cash them in. Before us were another couple who wanted a deposit for an adapter who had a receipt, but in the end they ended up walking away with the adapter due to the receptionist not knowing how to use the card reader. I have sent 3 complaints to different emails of the Hotel and haven’t received a single reply. It appears they ignore complaints. All in all this wasn’t a pleasant place to stay and would not recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here for a wedding. Our room was cleaned once for a week stay, didn't have clean towels or enough toilet roll we were room 151. But others in our group were OK, we were just unlucky. Nasim the barman and George head barman were the best and made our stay enjoyable. Entertainment was OK. Spa was good.

Lovely hotel, with amazing staff who are incredibly kind and attentive. Ahmed who works on the bar is lovely to chat to and really sweet and funny. He was so helpful and lovely during our stay! George the head barman is also very lovely!! As is Yves who works in entertainment! He kept us laughing and was alway about working hard and offering activities and putting on great music of a night! Henry in the restaurant is so so lovely and kind also!Thank you to you all for helping us during our stay, and thank you Ahmed and Yves for making us smile and feel so comfortable!
