Really well priced family apartments. The apartments are generous proportion and cleaned daily. The whole place was immaculate. The staff I cannot fault…kind and very helpful. Made my daughters and me feel so welcome. Ate daily there - clean and good. Location 5 min walk for my teen daughters to get to the clubs. Felt safe there and definitely can’t wait to visit next year! Relaxed holiday…Thank you to everyone who made us feel safe and welcome 🙏🏼

Just perfect. We visited for a week on 23 August, 3 adults, a child and infant and had an absolutely fabulous time. A lovely, clean spacious apartment with comfy beds. we paid €8 a day for each air con and €2 a day for the safe. Two warm and clean pools, one of which was perfect for the infant and no sunbed wars! The staff are such lovely people and hard working. They genuinely wanted us to have the best time and went out of their way to make sure we did. We stayed half board and the lovely and plentiful food was cooked to order from a set menu for us with no time constraints. Reception is open 24 hours. Ten minutes walk to bustling Ayia Napa which is family friendly as well as a party place. This is a hidden gem and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Nice location but the appartements are very overused, a lot of things are almost breaking by itself. The price is also a bit too high but the reception is always there to support the location is the best about it only like 20 min walk from the beach.

Thee best hotel we have stayed in Cyprus. The staff are amazing right from check in to the bar and restaurant and cleaning ladies. Big shout to Tommy Tam(roll on sausage) Bambos and all the other guys. The locals and guests were all very friendly and welcoming. Pool was excellent never in our 30 years together have I been in a pool more than once each day I’m not a fan of water however felt so comfortable and safe enjoyed our visit and will be back x

I'll review the napa prince in order of the star ratings above.
The rooms are way bigger than we thought they would be.
They are really clean and have everything you need for a self-catering hotel.
I found that having to buy 2 air conditioning remote controls at 56 euros is a bit expensive. So we just bought one for the bedroom and found it chilled the bedroom fine and after 10 mins the dining room stroke kitchen was cool.
The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom was modern.
Regarding the service.
We were greeted with a warm welcome, and everyone we met during the holiday was really helpful. They were happy to help in any way possible .
LOCATION...
The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of ayia napa and is a 15 min walk to the main strip and harbour if you are quite fit.
To nissi Beach, which is beautiful, is a 35 min walk, but we'll worth it but you need to go early as it does get packed.
We chose this location as we didn't want to be near the noise of the clubs and the noisy people after the clubs .
RECOMMENDATIONS.
The hungry horse is a must if you want GREAT AUTHENTIC FOOD at a good price with really pleasant staff. Family run.
It is a 5 min walk from the hotel.
OVERALL..
This hotel is great for everything we needed and a must if you just want to chill out in a lively aiya napa.
