We had such a wonderful stay at Napa Prince Hotel and would like to thank the entire team from the bottom of our hearts.
We arrived on my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly surprised us with two complimentary cocktails at the bar. It was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture that made our celebration even more special. We truly appreciated this warm welcome and attention to detail.
From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring. The staff made us feel truly at home, and their genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
The room was spotless and comfortable. The hotel grounds were beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, the comfort of the rooms, and the wonderful service. Breakfast was nice and delicious.
We were traveling with our 10-month-old baby, and the kindness we received meant so much to us. On the day of our departure, our baby had fallen asleep just before check-out. The staff kindly allowed him to finish his nap instead of rushing us, and this thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts. It showed how much they care about their guests, not only as customers, but as people.
Our little one actually slept even better than he does at home, which says a lot about how peaceful and comfortable the hotel is!
Of course, like in any place, sometimes there may be external noises that are beyond the hotel’s control. During our stay, we occasionally heard noisy neighbors and some quad bikes passing on the road nearby. However, these are not issues caused by the hotel, and we had absolutely no complaints about the property or the service.
Thank you for making our first visit to Ayia Napa so memorable. We will always remember your kindness, care, and hospitality. We sincerely hope to come back again and would happily recommend Napa Prince Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

This hotel is perfect! Shops nearby and a short walk to restaurants and bar. The staff are so helpful and friendly too. Very clean with great facilities. Will definitely return.

Amazing place and great atmosphere! The rooms are very clean and comfortable! The bar and kitchen are incredible offering a variety of drinks and foods, freshly made in great prices! Will be definitely returning!

Really well priced family apartments. The apartments are generous proportion and cleaned daily. The whole place was immaculate. The staff I cannot fault…kind and very helpful. Made my daughters and me feel so welcome. Ate daily there - clean and good. Location 5 min walk for my teen daughters to get to the clubs. Felt safe there and definitely can’t wait to visit next year! Relaxed holiday…Thank you to everyone who made us feel safe and welcome 🙏🏼
