Kapetanios Bay Hotel is a superior 3-star hotel situated in the most privileged area of Protaras and within 10 minutes walking distance from the famous beach of Fig Tree Bay. We spent 7 nights at this hotel and overall had a fantastic stay. The hotel is very clean, has a great location, and the pool was always spotless. Breakfast and dinner were both abundant and very tasty, with plenty of choices. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was made every day, and the staff were always extremely kind and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable.
The only small downsides were that music from nearby clubs could sometimes be heard at night until around 2 a.m., and in the bathroom there was occasionally a slight smell, even though everything was kept very clean.
Despite this, we truly enjoyed our holiday here and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The property is immaculately clean, the facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. The pool area was pristine and provided a perfect place to relax. Every detail was carefully attended to, creating a flawless stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
This hotel has had massive changes over the years since we first came here 19 years ago. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The pool area is fantastic. Very high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The hotel is in a prime location being right at the start of the strip where you have plenty of bars and even a McDonald’s next door. The food is delicious, especially the chicken kebabs. We stayed in a few nights to watch the entertainment at the hotel and we throughly enjoyed Thursday night when Eleanor and Pete performed. It is nice to have entertainment in the hotel and hopefully the entertainment will continue. Sunday pool party was not really for us but I think that just comes down to having different tastes. Rooms are a little roomy but you don’t go on holiday to spend it in your room. Overall I think this hotel definitely deserves to be a four star hotel. We have only just come back and have booked to go again in September it is that good.

The hotel provided excellent facilities and was notably clean. The food and staff were exceptional. The pool area was expansive, featuring pools for children, an adult pool, and the main pool. The drinks were reasonably priced. The only minor issue was the bathroom in our room was slightly compact. However, it still fulfilled its purpose. I would highly recommend the hotel. Please note, the hotel's proximity to bars may result in some noise at night, but it did not disrupt our sleep.

We stayed at this hotel this may all the staff from the cleaners to waiter's to reception staff are all very polite and helpful and nothing is to much for them. Our room had a walk in shower,balcony furniture as well as table and chairs in the room. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day clean towels when needed. The pool area was great plenty of sun beds, a swim up bar, a jacuzzi, and the waiter's would bring what ever you wanted. The lunch menu was very nice with huge portions, we had one meal between us as we wasted the meal when we had one each. The star rating is a 3 star but i would say they deserve a 4 star rating. I highly recommend this hotel
