Great service and location. Easy to go te any pf the beaches and bars close by. Rom is okey+, bed was really good acutally.
The highlight of the trip was the bartender: Andreas, this guy is one of the nicest and polites men i have ever met. Always made my day better. Andreas u are the GOAT!
Good location and my room was better than expected after reading some reviews. However, housekeeping was not very attentive, coffee capsules were not replenished, and bottled water was only provided on the first day. The bathroom was small, water pressure was weak, the fridge was noisy, and the air-conditioning display never seemed to work properly.
Breakfast is the same everyday, actually pretty boring. The half-board dinner buffet is not available if there are not enough guests, set menu is provided instead; portions were large, food are just okay (salad is the best) and the restaurant staff were actually quite good. Overall, there was nothing seriously wrong, but too many small issues for a four-star hotel. I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

This is the first time I've seen such a ridiculous rule at a hotel I stayed at with my 6-year-old child. I was told I had to enter the pool at the same time as my child, who knows how to swim, and this was told to me by the lifeguard in charge (I even doubt she knows how to swim). Keeping an eye on my child is one thing, but entering the pool with her is another! She repeatedly reminded me that I was responsible for my child and finally wouldn't even let her enter the pool. I think you need to revise your policy!

I stayed at this hotel for several weeks while relocating for work. My company arranged the accommodation, and my stay was extended multiple times. I remained in the same room the entire time and never actually checked out.
During my stay I used the laundry service twice. When the first stay period ended, no one mentioned that I needed to pay for the laundry. Since my stay was simply extended and I continued staying in the same room, I naturally assumed the charges would be settled at the end of the overall stay.
On Sunday I received a call from reception asking me to come downstairs and settle the laundry bill because a new stay period was starting in their system. The call itself was polite, so I came to reception to clarify the situation. However, when I asked why this hadn’t been mentioned earlier, when the previous stay period ended, I was told that I “should have known” that the laundry had to be paid earlier.
When I tried to understand how I was supposed to know about this internal process, the response from the receptionist was dismissive. I was told not to be nervous, even though I was simply asking for clarification. The overall tone of the conversation made the situation feel unnecessarily tense rather than helpful.
This was surprising and quite uncomfortable. From the guest’s perspective it looked like a continuous stay, and the hotel itself had not requested payment when the previous stay period ended. It felt like I was suddenly being asked to urgently resolve an internal process issue that had never been explained to me.
There were also a couple of other unpleasant moments during my stay. On one occasion I left laundry in my room but it was not collected. I was told to leave it again the next morning and that it would be picked up. Since I didn’t want to be disturbed early in the morning, I specifically put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door so the staff could collect the laundry while I was out. However, around 7:45 staff knocked on the door, and when I did not respond, they entered the room to collect the laundry despite the sign being on the door. This felt intrusive and unnecessary.
Another uncomfortable moment was that when I checked in and spoke in English, the receptionist switched to Russian without asking. It felt unusual that the staff chose the language of the conversation themselves rather than checking what the guest preferred.
The hotel itself is nice, but the way these situations were handled made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Hopefully the hotel can improve internal communication and staff approach so that guests don’t have to deal with situations like this in the future.
Overall, this is a good 4-star hotel with more positives than negatives. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping did a good job and the bed was comfortable.
The staff were polite and helpful, check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and public transport.
There are also some nice facilities in the hotel, which make the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, a solid hotel experience. I would stay here again and can recommend it, especially for short stays or business trips.
