Lovely stay here, we're actually going again for the third time. Lovely rooms, nice and quiet. never have to get up at stupid hours to secure a sun bed. Bus stop is right outside so easy access to beach and ayianapa staff and owners are welcoming. And the food is amazing

This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. The rooms were filthy, with stained sheets and a terrible musty smell. The service was awful, with rude and unhelpful staff who clearly didn’t care. The walls were paper-thin, making it impossible to sleep with all the noise. The worst part was the bathroom, which was disgusting, with mold on the walls and an overall lack of cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the air conditioning was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The bathroom was disgusting, with hair in the sink and mold in the shower. To top it all off, the hotel was in a noisy area, and the windows did nothing to block out the sound. I regret every penny spent on this stay. Avoid this place at all costs!

When we first arrived in the evening I was a little disappointed with the room, whilst this is a budget accommodation the rooms felt a little tired & outdated with only one plug socket near the bed. Air con (€50 for the week) also only covers the bedroom but if you keep your curtains closed it seems to keep the room cool, I think the hotel could use with updating the rooms, it wouldn’t take a lot to make them feel more modern and fresher. However we didn’t spent too long in the rooms & had a pool view.
The pool is great, perfect size and very quiet, we had 2 pool days and at most there would only be around 10 other guests there, good music played too, and not a ‘party hotel’ which is exactly what we wanted.
We had some food, a breakfast & a couple of lunches which were all fine.
Location was good for us as we didn’t want to be too close to the town and were looking for a quieter holiday, we hired quad bike from down the road for €300 for the week.
Would definitely stay again but would reccomend the hotel to update the rooms & make WiFi accessible from the rooms too, and maybe get an indoor communal shower as once you have checked out if you have to wait for your flight (ours was 10.30pm) we had to use the outdoor shower next to the pool which isn’t idea when you need to wash your hair etc.

After all the bad reviews, I was also skeptical, but we were quickly reassured as soon as we arrived, the room (studio) was superior with a view of the pool, nicely furnished, it seems to be new, the boy and girl serving and breakfast and lunch are fast and friendly.. We have no major complaints, except for the breakfast, which is typically English with all beans and eggs almost every day, boring, no yogurt, the toast if you take it is small, there are no pastries... But the dinner is good. the bus station is in front of the hotel.. We had a great time and were even surprised by the accommodation for the money. Well done to the staff and their dog.
5*****, but not your 'normal' luxury type of stars. The whole environment just works. It's low stress, helpful staff, very clean, good location on the edge of the Ayia Napa 'strip' with a bus stop directly out front, and a beach access road opposite. The room kitchen is good enough to cook breakfast/lunch/dinner, but they apparently have great half/full board options too. If you are not hiring a car, there are buggies available nearby that seem popular, and given the reduced speed limits appear safe too. The pool area is well kept, and the pool is kept exceptionally clean. If you want a basic, no-frills, no bs, easy, and convenient place to stay, this is it. Poolside rooms have the benefit of wifi coverage, where the sea view rooms do not. I enjoyed not having a TV in the room too.

The restaurant and bar services of the hotel opens from normal breakfast time till dinnertime and late night and even longer hours during Karaoke and Live Music nights where you can enjoy variety of foods and different exotic cocktails, Beers. Cocktails and spirits are priced less during Happy Hour. One every entertainment nights (once or twice a week), the choices of food vary from Greek Food (Meze), Barbeque to other specialties. The reservation for dinning has to be made prior to the beginning of the entertainment. Live football and pool tables with cocktails is an attraction of the bar.
