Beautiful place. Units clean. Staff amazing. Friendly. Polite and absolutely helpful.. The cleaning staff. Were working long shifts and was always pleasant. The main staff. Were funny, very polite. Couldn't do enough for any one needing it. The pool is lovely with a little pool, there is a bar near the pool, the whole complex was pristine.

4/5 experience Pros: We booked a double room for three nights for €45 per night with breakfast in May. The pool facility is good, and breakfast was also good. Cons: It was chilly outside for a few days, and AC costs €8.50 per day. Also, they change towels twice a week and bedsheets once a week, so we only got one change during our stay. The safe deposit box also incurs a charge. Overall, the experience is good, considering it is a 3-star hotel.

I honestly can't fault this hotel. My mum and I stayed for a week (end of April) and had such a lovely time. The room was immaculate, with kettle, fridge/freezer, cooking hob, and all the utensils and cups/plates we needed. There is no microwave but did fine without it as we mostly ate out and ate from the hotel. The food was really tasty and there is a good variety in the menu so I think even fussy eaters could find something. There is maid service every day and they did a really good job, providing fresh towels. The location is a bit out of the town (40 minute walk) but with the bus stop right outside and buses coming every 10 mins or so, this was no problem. There is also a really lovely quiet beach about a 10/15 minute walk from the hotel, with a bar for drinks and ice creams etc. and toilets. The cosmelenia staff are so friendly and professional and work very hard to make sure guests are comfortable. Their hospitality really made the experience for us. It might be good to keep in mind that the hotel room bathroom is a wet room and the floor can be very slippery when going to the toilet. Maybe having a squeegee to mop all the water up after showering would be a good idea. We ended up just putting a lot of towels on the floor. Just something to keep in mind if you've got kids or are elderly. We hope to be back as it was a great experience all round. Going in April before the summer holidays start is definitely recommend if you want a quieter holiday. I imagine Ayia Napa gets a bit crazy, but for us it was very peaceful. Just spent a week here. Honestly a lovely experience. The lady running the place really looked after us. Really quiet, calm and peaceful which was the perfect atmosphere for me my partner and our 2 year old. Just a short bus journey to ayia Napa centre which is a lot more lively, although we preferred to walk in the sunshine and I'd say that took about 35 mins. Bus stop right outside though. Rooms lovely and clean and I was impressed for the price we paid. Read some of the bad reviews on here before we came and I'm glad I never listened. No tv in room although that didn't bother us at all. No WiFi in room but available around pool and reception. Overall I'd definitely stay here again. Oh really close to the waterpark Waterworld like literally a 5 minute walk which is a fantastic day out

We spent a week there and had a fantastic time the staff were amazing, the food was banging, the pool was brilliant, location was spot on, views were great. Lots of shops and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance, bus stop right outside the hotel €2 for adults and €1 for kids and that's into Ayia Napa and beyond. The new marina is a stones throw away and is amazing with a beach either side. Waterpark and carting track is 500m along the road. Already booked up for next year. If you go give lolos a cuddle or scratch behind the ears he loves a scratch.
