Enjoying a quiet location, just a short distance from the lively Ayia Napa, these family-run apartments provide a friendly and relaxed base, with plenty of leisure facilities.
Loutsiana offers modern, spacious and decorated rooms/apartments in soft summer colours with wooden furnishings. Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV, safe box and air-conditioning. Free wifi access is also offered in all areas of the hotel. All guests can enjoy amazing views of the Mediterranean waters of Ayia Napa as Napa as the on-side restaurant is facing the sea. Additionally some rooms are overlooking the pool.
Some rooms have fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, fridge, toaster and a coffee maker. They also fully air-conditioned and come with a large balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV.
Between the beautiful gardens is the large swimming pool which operates from 9:00 – 18:00 so customers can enjoy a piece of paradise during the warm summer months.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the centre of Ayia Napa. It’s a 5-minute drive and it has excellent shopping and nightlife. The famous Macronissos Beach is just a 10-minute walk from Loutsiana Deluxe Apts and the biggest water park in Ayia Napa is a 5-minute walk away.

Very nice hotel, beautiful view in the see.
Basic good breakfast.
Newly refurbished rooms with a small kitchenette and a small balcony. Room do not seem to be super isolated, but we did not have noise problems.
Cleaning service every day.
The garden has some toys for kids and there are 2 pools, one for kids. Although the hotel seemed full, the pools were never crowded.
The hotel has also a good restaurant with Cypriot and international plates.
15 min walk to makronissos beach.
5 minutes walk from a very nice restaurant (Eden garden). 5 min walk from super markets.
Staff super nice and kind.
There is a parking, but it seemed that people not lodging at the hotel were parking there as well.
All in all we had a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Absolutely recommend this hotel! The staff is super friendly, the facilities are great, and we felt at home during our 18-day stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, and you can cook and do your laundry. There's a fantastic gym, and it's super close to the beautiful Nissi Beach. Bonus: there's a 101 bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere around. Definitely the perfect value for money!

Family of 4, we had the perfect stay at Loutsiana. Room was spacious and clean. Very well-kept garden, lovely and quiet swimming pool. Excellent service from very helpful staff. Beautiful Makronissos beach is just around the corner at walking distant. I would highly recommend.

We are very grateful for the stay in Loutsiana! Very nice rooms, cleaning every day. New towels and covers every day. Very nice room service and always smiling. Breakfast was very good. You can choose something elese every day. Delicious, fresh vegetables and moussaka😋Pretty garden and a lot of space to spend time in peace. And the most important thing. Very helpful and fantastic staff! Especially greetings for young woman from Czechia. Your energy is awesome! Don’t stop doing small talks with all guests and share your positive vibe! We spent fantastic time there! Thank You very much and all the best for Loutsiana from polish boys❤️

10 minutes walk to lovely beach.
Plenty of taxis nearby into town.
Hotel has good size rooms and WiFi actually worked well. Most enjoyable.
