Enjoying a quiet location, just a short distance from the lively Ayia Napa, these family-run apartments provide a friendly and relaxed base, with plenty of leisure facilities.
Loutsiana offers modern, spacious and decorated rooms/apartments in soft summer colours with wooden furnishings. Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV, safe box and air-conditioning. Free wifi access is also offered in all areas of the hotel. All guests can enjoy amazing views of the Mediterranean waters of Ayia Napa as Napa as the on-side restaurant is facing the sea. Additionally some rooms are overlooking the pool.
Some rooms have fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, fridge, toaster and a coffee maker. They also fully air-conditioned and come with a large balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV.
Between the beautiful gardens is the large swimming pool which operates from 9:00 – 18:00 so customers can enjoy a piece of paradise during the warm summer months.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the centre of Ayia Napa. It’s a 5-minute drive and it has excellent shopping and nightlife. The famous Macronissos Beach is just a 10-minute walk from Loutsiana Deluxe Apts and the biggest water park in Ayia Napa is a 5-minute walk away.

Loutsiana Hotel Apartments is the perfect choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Cyprus. Located in a quiet area along the coast, the hotel is close to the most beautiful beaches like Makronisos, Landa, and Nissi, which you can easily reach on foot or by bus in just a stop or two. Buses run every 15 minutes, even late into the night, and the fare is very affordable. I purchased a 7-day pass with unlimited rides for just 20 EUR, which was a great deal.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, with top-notch service and excellent food. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, towels were replaced, and all essentials were restocked. The cleanliness is outstanding – a perfect 10! Loutsiana offers the ideal balance between relaxation and easy access to vibrant city life, as Ayia Napa and Protaras are just a short bus ride away. I highly recommend this hotel for all ages – it's truly a great choice!

Very nice place. Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily and whole place is kept very clean. Food good and drinks are a good price. Bus stop outside takes you into the lively spots shops/restaurants and bars etc 1.50euros each goes up to 2.50euros later at night.

Lovely place to stay for families and couples, nice and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle partying in Ayia Napa but you can catch a bus right outside
which takes about 7 mins to get there if you want to. I am looking forward to booking again at this gem of a place. We went bed and breakfast with plenty of choice. We ate mostly at the restaurant with lovely choices off their menu and huge portions that didn't cost the earth. All staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, beautiful view in the see.
Basic good breakfast.
Newly refurbished rooms with a small kitchenette and a small balcony. Room do not seem to be super isolated, but we did not have noise problems.
Cleaning service every day.
The garden has some toys for kids and there are 2 pools, one for kids. Although the hotel seemed full, the pools were never crowded.
The hotel has also a good restaurant with Cypriot and international plates.
15 min walk to makronissos beach.
5 minutes walk from a very nice restaurant (Eden garden). 5 min walk from super markets.
Staff super nice and kind.
There is a parking, but it seemed that people not lodging at the hotel were parking there as well.
All in all we had a great stay and we would definitely come back.
