Enjoying a quiet location, just a short distance from the lively Ayia Napa, these family-run apartments provide a friendly and relaxed base, with plenty of leisure facilities.
Loutsiana offers modern, spacious and decorated rooms/apartments in soft summer colours with wooden furnishings. Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV, safe box and air-conditioning. Free wifi access is also offered in all areas of the hotel. All guests can enjoy amazing views of the Mediterranean waters of Ayia Napa as Napa as the on-side restaurant is facing the sea. Additionally some rooms are overlooking the pool.
Some rooms have fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, fridge, toaster and a coffee maker. They also fully air-conditioned and come with a large balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV.
Between the beautiful gardens is the large swimming pool which operates from 9:00 – 18:00 so customers can enjoy a piece of paradise during the warm summer months.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the centre of Ayia Napa. It’s a 5-minute drive and it has excellent shopping and nightlife. The famous Macronissos Beach is just a 10-minute walk from Loutsiana Deluxe Apts and the biggest water park in Ayia Napa is a 5-minute walk away.

I'm not demanding. It is important for me to have a clean room and beaches nearby. The bus stop is another asset, we go to the city for 2€, and a one-day ticket costs 6€. Nearby there is a water park and an interesting Marina Hotel with a marina for yachts.

Just returned from a fabulous week at the Loutsiana. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Absolutely spotless,good size rooms,staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty my 1 complaint it could be hotter . Word of warning don't leave your Breakfast unattended or it will be eaten....by the birds!! Great location and €2 bus ride into Ayia Napa/Protaras the bus stop is literally outside. Would highly recommend Protaras Absolutely stunning place. Fantastic restaurant opposite the waterpark which are both within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel bar does pizza if you are peckish at night...very good too.

We had a very pleasant stay at Loutsiana Hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only small thing we slightly did not like was that the swimming pool closes at 6:00 PM, which felt a bit early, especially during the summer when guests may want to enjoy the pool later in the evening. However, this was a very minor issue and did not affect our overall experience.

I stayed here for 2 nights while on holiday and I truly don't think I've stayed somewhere this bad ever. On check in, the staff were ok but not stand-out, they didn't go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. This is hardly the worst thing, however, as the room was infested with ants. This started in the bathroom, as shown in one of the attached pictures, but this only worsened as my stay progressed and on my final night it became unbearable. These ants and millipedes left the bathroom and infested the bed and rest of the hotel room, driving me to the vaguely uncomfortable sofa kn which I could only secure two and a half hours sleep. Adding onto my issues with the room, birds were positioned right outside of the room which woke up and made a ruckus very early in the morning, around 4AM. The breakfast food was ok, but it didn't taste particularly fresh and was extremely vulnerable to flies and food poisoning. Perhaps I'm being critical, but the bar prices for food and drink were quite steep and definitely not worth it, even water was expensive! House Keeping was also terrible, they replaced my towels but made no effort to deal with the infestation, it only got worse infact! On a positive note, the pool area was ok and there were several cats roaming the grounds which were friendly. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again, but this hotel does have the potential to be lovely if an effort was put in by staff and managers.

Just arrived back after a weeks stay bed and breakfast! Beautiful rooms, lovely pool, breakfast nice and all staff lovely. I can’t believe it’s only a 3 star.
The room is lovely, aircon works amazing, shower in room was best we’ve ever had, location is a fair walk or an easy busy or taxi drive. About 15 mins walk to nearest beach which is amazing.
Thing missing is somewhere rot hang wet clothes in room and as only small hotel we couldn’t keep our room when leaving with a late flight but other than that there is nothing at all to moan about I would definitely return.
