This fully air-conditioned complex comprises 3 floors with a total of 36 apartments. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts a newspaper stand, a games room, a TV room, a caf and a bar.
Further facilities include an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants, a public Internet terminal, a bicycle storage facility and a playground. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities and laundry and medical services round off the offerings.

Great hotel and staff especially Katia and Raphaella on reception who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy - thank you.
Hotel was clean throughout and the bed was very comfortable.
We travel a lot and this hotel had the best shower we’ve ever had, very powerful.
The decor and wonderful smell in reception made this hotel welcoming and comfortable.
This is a 3* hotel and so this was reflected in the food, which was simply ok…..
The pool area was great and drinks were cheap but not brilliant quality
Stick to the Keo beer
Only other comment is the location is quite far from the main strip of Protatas.
All in all a good stay and accurate for 3*

Went for 1 week. The place is clean and the people are lovely but the food is awful. We were All Inclusive but to be honest we didn't bother with the breakfast at all and had a lie in every day. Luckily we know the area and there is a Lidl just down the road. We bought cheese pies, croissants and fruit to eat on the beach. The evening meals were awful and there wasn't a big variety. It wasn't worth going all inclusive.

I was looking forward to a lovely week, half board with my sisters, but it was the worst hotel we ever stayed at.
. Only one socket in the room. Nowhere near the bed, so couldn't charge phone. The socket was not near a mirror so couldn't dry or straighten hair
. The hotel hairdryer was so old it kept cutting out.
. Sheets and towels were changed, but pillowcases weren't changed the whole week
. The food was terrible. Same food everyday for breakfast and frozen food for dinner. Defrosted cheese cake everyday. No snacks, icecreams etc. Was told if you want ice cream, the supermarket at the end of the road sales it.
The worse thing was no access to the pool area or pool if you are disabled. Had a lift, but didn't go to pool area and only had ladders in and out of pool. So I spent a week unable to get in the pool.
. On the plus side the staff were very friendly
I would never stay here again or recommend anyone to go to this hotel, especially if you have a disability

I'd like to comment on the pool bar service. The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The all-inclusive menu includes delicious drinks served exclusively by a bartender named Murat. Service was fast and very polite. He was honest and very hardworking. He helped a guest more than once without any problems. I highly recommend staying at the hotel.

The hotel consists of 81 twin bedded rooms from which few rooms can be offered for family rooms to accommodate three or four persons. There are situated on three floors, including ground floor.
