This fully air-conditioned complex comprises 3 floors with a total of 36 apartments. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts a newspaper stand, a games room, a TV room, a caf and a bar.
Further facilities include an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants, a public Internet terminal, a bicycle storage facility and a playground. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities and laundry and medical services round off the offerings.

Super nice hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Beautiful see view. Hotel is very clean. Location is good, near by all amenities. Staff are very polite. Totally recommend. 👌Food is delicious 👍

I had the most amazing stay at this property.
The staff are lovely, especially Iova, Alina and Despina from the pool bar team and Rafaela and Joanna from the reception team. They couldn't be more helpful! I could see the hotel manager, Ms Budaca, working alongside her staff and she was always very approachable and very friendly. What was very nice to observe is the teamwork - they work in unison and this in turn made my stay very enjoyable as I was looked after very well.
The pool is super clean and you can enjoy new and very comfortable sun lunges around it.
There is a good selection of hot and cold food, pastries and fruit for breakfast. The pool bar offers a la carte selection of freshly cooked meals. They are very reasonably priced and much better value for money than in most places in Protaras.
There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, open every day until 11 pm. The nearest beach is about 10 min walk. It is sandy, clean, cosy and beautiful, but you should get there by 10:00-10:30 am if you want a sun lounge and parasol (these cost 2.50 EUR each for a day).
I enjoyed my stay at Adelais Bay Hotel so much, that I'm returning there in September.
I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to have an enjoyable stay, where value for money counts and where you will definitely feel appreciated as a guest.

Arrived at the hotel and the room was not cleaned from previous tenants (dirty floor, mirrors and even found clothes in the wardrobe). The staff were helpful in addressing this and had no issues with cleanliness afterwards, and followed up on subsequent days, very nice and friendly!
Breakfast was very decent and the room was very acceptable for the cost.
Location is within walking distance to Green Bay for going to the beach, quiet and nice for families, but some distance away (1.5km) from Protaras main street.
Building could do with a bit of renovation outside, internally it is passable but in no way luxurious.

Perfect location for a quiet family vacation , enjoying the sun by the pool and beach.
Roons are clean and spacious and for the kids they have bunkbeds. :D
They have brand new furniture at the pool area, very confortable !! The water is great , very clean, i even could open my eyes under the water without a problem!
The breakfast is fantastic plenty of options where to choose from! Food at the terrace is great at a very decent price!
Staff is fantastic, very welcoming and you feel taken care of!
The city center is walking distance. Beach also very close 5 min walk to a amazing golf with cristal clear water
We enjoyed a 7 day vacation at this hotel ! I reccommend this property!

The location is very good in a quiet area with amazing view.
The rooms are nice, good size, with balcony and very good WiFi signal.
The courtyard is large, very nice organized with palm trees, flowers and with playing area for children, another one for volleyball. Nice pool bar for drinks.
At waking distance are very nice beaches with turquoise water!

Situated between Ayia Napa and Paralimni lies the rapidly expanding resort of Protaras. The beautiful beach of Fig Tree Bay with it's fabulous golden sands and idyllic coves along with numerous other wonderful beaches in the area provide a great excuse to spend lazy days by the sea. Take advantage of the crystal clear waters with the many water sports on offer including scuba diving.
Evenings can be spent enjoying a meal in one of the numerous tavernas or restaurants within the resort or visiting one of the many bars. Protaras also boasts two discos for those seeking a lively night out and only 10kms away is Ayia Napa with it's bustling night life for a wider selection. Facilities in resort are plentiful with a wide selection of shops, however a little further along the coast lies the typically Cypriot village of Paralimni offering a much wider range.
