This fully air-conditioned complex comprises 3 floors with a total of 36 apartments. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts a newspaper stand, a games room, a TV room, a caf and a bar.
Further facilities include an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants, a public Internet terminal, a bicycle storage facility and a playground. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities and laundry and medical services round off the offerings.

Excellent experience at Adelais! From the very first moment, we felt truly welcome. The place is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained.
A special mention goes to the owner and manager, who was extremely professional, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The lady at the reception was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.
Their outstanding service and hospitality made our stay even more special. I highly recommend Adelais to anyone looking for a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again!

Had a perfect 7-night stay at the Adelais Bay Hotel. Staff is super welcoming and friendly, always smiling. AI buffet is great: big variety of local fruits and vegetables, dishes from local and international cuisine. Even my 5-year old picky eater always had something to eat:)
The room was clean and comfortable, the sea view looks amazing. They cleaned our room every day and brought fresh towels.
The pool area is also nice. There is a 0,5 m pool for kids next to the big one, which is very convenient for families.
The reception staff was very helpful and friendly.
Location is also nice, next to the bus stop, 5-minute walk to an amazing beach (we’ve been to 10+ beaches around Protaras and Aya Napa, but this one is especially nice). There is a supermarket right near the hotel in case you need something.

It was very nice and relaxed stay, rooms are big, have balcony and are renovated. A/C works perfectly :) -important here. The best thing about the hotel is that the staff. Thanks so much for such welcoming Atmosphäre! P.S The hotel is very close to the beaches and diving centers.

We are extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff are the friendliest and kindest people we have ever met. They are always helpful, welcoming, and smiling, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
What makes this hotel truly special is its warm, family-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
The rooms are spotless and very well maintained. Everything is kept clean and comfortable throughout the stay.
The food is absolutely delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty dishes every day.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would especially like to thank the wonderful lady at the reception, who is truly exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made our stay even more memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future.

More than a hotel, a family ❤️
One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and treated like family. A very special thank you to the receptionist whose name I unfortunately forgot — she gave us such an amazing welcome from the very first minute and was incredibly kind throughout our stay.
The manager was also exceptional, always making sure everything was perfect and that guests were happy.
Huge thanks as well to Varava at the reception for always being helpful and smiling.
Special thanks to Naveed and his brother for their amazing service every single day — always kind, professional and caring.
Big respect to the cook for the delicious food throughout our stay.
A big thank you as well to the boss of the hotel for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and such an amazing team. And of course, a massive thank you to all the maids for keeping the rooms spotless every day.
The whole team truly made our holiday unforgettable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you again for everything ❤️
