This fully air-conditioned complex comprises 3 floors with a total of 36 apartments. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts a newspaper stand, a games room, a TV room, a caf and a bar.
Further facilities include an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants, a public Internet terminal, a bicycle storage facility and a playground. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities and laundry and medical services round off the offerings.

We recently stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are nice with a massive bed-only issue would be to provide drawers in the wardrobe-that would really help.
The location is brilliant, literally a 5 minute walk from some lovely beaches with sunbeds, cafes and toilets. It is also near to the strip in Protaras (about a 15 min walk or a bus ride for €2-you can also ride to Ayia Napa for €2)
The hotel's food was varied and delicious, really nice meals.
The staff here are amazing too. The manager gets to know who is staying and really makes an effort to speak with you. A special shout out to Beata who manages the staff in the restaurant. She is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her. Other staff including Sarah, Vivara, Arif, Ali, Naveed and David were all amazing too. It's true that the staff make the holiday even more special.
We will definitely return here!

I stayed at Adelais Bay Hotel with my 12-year-old daughter from the end of August into early September, and we had such a lovely stay.
We arrived after midnight, and they had thoughtfully left sandwiches and fruit waiting for us in the fridge, which was really appreciated after a long journey.
We stayed all-inclusive and there was always a great selection of food and drinks. The pool was definitely one of our highlights as we both love swimming! The whole hotel was very clean, our room was well looked after and we had fresh towels every day.
The staff were absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The manager was approachable and regularly checked that everything was okay. A special mention to Beata, Vavara, Ali and Sarah, who really stood out and helped make our stay memorable.
Our flight home wasn't until around midnight and, although checkout was at 12pm, the hotel kindly allowed us to keep our room until 7pm. Travelling with a child, this made such a difference and meant we could enjoy our final day comfortably.
As an independent travel agent, I naturally pay attention to the overall guest experience when I travel, and I was genuinely impressed with Adelais Bay.
It's a beautiful, clean and welcoming hotel with lovely staff, great food and a relaxed atmosphere. I would happily recommend it and will definitely return with my family. ❤️🇨🇾

That was amazing holiday! This hotel is Perfect!❤️ Personal- super, friendly and very, very helpful. Reception and bar- Perfect staff, and hotel manager Loizos- good man with beautiful heart! 💯🥰 Love our holidays so much! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
Food soo tasty - like in 5 star hotel
Pool- very, clean, with free Sun beads
Rooms- clean with good quality bathrooms
Location- Perfect, near Protaras and Aya napa
Next to hotel is taverna with tasty food and friendly People. Near hotel is beautiful and clean beaches- Green bay beach, fig tree bay, protaras beach
All was encredible and Perfect. Was so sad to go home, Loizos saw that and give uz present. It was so lovely 🥰 Thank you so much! Recended this hotel for Every One! 💯

We are extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff are the friendliest and kindest people we have ever met. They are always helpful, welcoming, and smiling, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
What makes this hotel truly special is its warm, family-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
The rooms are spotless and very well maintained. Everything is kept clean and comfortable throughout the stay.
The food is absolutely delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty dishes every day.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would especially like to thank the wonderful lady at the reception, who is truly exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made our stay even more memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future.

Stayed for one week in April.
The rooms are comfortable. The most enormous comfortable bed. Room was tidy and cleaned every day.
The staff were just amazing. Friendly and always happy to help.
The food maybe could be better. It was always tasty but maybe could be more choice. The mains always changed but dessert were a big let down.
It was advertised that they have a gym but they don’t.
Pool area is nice and loungers very comfy.
Overall was well looked after and was well relaxed all week.

The hotel consists of 81 twin bedded rooms from which few rooms can be offered for family rooms to accommodate three or four persons. There are situated on three floors, including ground floor.
