Best vacation I’ve had in years!!
This beautiful family owned hotel was the perfect getaway spot for our family. The service was excellent and the owners definitely have a tasteful eye for detail to ensure that we feel at home and at rest!
What I loved most:
1) Marvelling at the beautiful viewpoint of the beach from the hotels lobby balcony and more intimately from the tavern on the beach where we enjoyed seafood, coffee and watermelon to our hearts content.
2) Swimming in the clear cool waters of the gorgeous beach, the relaxing sound of the gentle waves on the pebbles and not having to clean sand off of our sandals as we walked off the beach.
3) The calm and peaceful atmosphere. Being surrounded by fellow guests and families during breakfast and by the beach, visiting the hotels chapel every morning to light a candle, and feeling like I was at a home away from home.
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to have gone for a vacation.
Thanks to the owners and staff for their hospitality and care. We hope to come again!
Our stay at Aphrodite Beach Hotel was absolutely amazing! The renovated rooms are perfect, equipped with everything you could need—fridge, bedside sockets, comfortable mattress and pillows. The cleanliness was very good, with our room being cleaned every day.
The location is perfect, right on Yiannakis Beach, one of the best beaches in Cyprus. The breakfast was delicious. Something for everyone.
What truly made our stay special were the owners and staff. This family-run hotel is filled with warmth and friendliness, with everyone always having a smile on their face. We also loved that the hotel is pet-friendly, with owners who care for their dogs and even feed stray cats—this speaks volumes about their character. 😻🐶
It was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience! 🙏🏻🩵

Amazing hotel! Rooms are clean and spacious, they have a drying rack on the balcony which is helpful after being in the beach. The beach is beautiful with an option to rent daybeds and buy ice cream and snacks, breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel is tranquil and a respite from everyday busyness. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. I definitely recommend staying here with family and even pets.

Best value hotel in Cyprus. Great views, both mountain and see views. Great service and family friendly hotel! The views are the same as that of a 5 star hotel next door whose prices are 3-5 times as high! I have been coming here for over 20 years and I now bring my children and grandchildren from the USA to vacation here! I would have given more than 5 stars for the location!

Great place for a getaway.
I arrived mid-March in the middle of the week and both the hotel and beach were mostly empty as it is off-season. The weather was perfect - not too hot or too cold, and everything was blooming, with butterflies and bees buzzing about. The restaurants on the beach were closed and there were no beach chairs, but it was pleasant to sit or lie directly on the pebbles and I enjoyed the solitude.
As for the hotel - the location is perfect, sitting directly above the water line and looking at the beach and the hills. Outside my room I had a small orchard with fruit trees and herbs gardens and a chicken coop hidden behind thick avocado trees. The room was simple but clean and the service staff attentive and kind. Breakfast was nice and they have a restaurant with OK food that is open until 21:00, and a buffet dinner option which was reasonable. If you stay for many nights, I do recommend asking for an electric water heater of buying a small one at a nearby town - I think having readily available coffee in my room would have improved my experience and at some points I was sorry for not thinking about it earlier.
The place is pet friendly - they have a bunch of happy plump cats and dogs that walk around asking for scrapes, cuddles and attentionz, and several guests also brought their dogs with them to the hotel.
Overall, if you are looking for a simple and good experience I highly recommend this hotel. I definitely consider coming back there on my next vacation.
