The 173 rooms of the hotel were all beautifully fully redesigned and refurbisshed. The general ambiance of the accommodation is set by the green ash wood doors, and the almond green carpet in the spacious hallways.
All the rooms are very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The color schemes are very fresh and relaxing. All the rooms enjoy a side sea view to the Mediterranean and feature a side balcony. The color coordinated padded walls give an extra touch of luxury and comfort. All of the rooms are upholstered in tasteful natural pastel fabrics and feature spacious cupboards. Beautiful pictures from scenes around Cyprus decorate the walls. The lighting of the rooms was also very carefully designed and installed so as to provide a very natural living environment through out the day and night.

Larnaca sea front lined with tavernas, restaurants and bars is reminiscent of a continental promenade with it's mature palm trees making it a focal point and popular meeting place for tourists and Cypriots alike. Situated at the end of the promenade is the resorts lovely marina, frequented by yachtsmen from all parts of the world and at the western end is the towns 17th century fort.
Larnaka Salt Lake is famous for the wintering of Flamingos, Wildfowl, Gulls, Waders and Terns.
Kiti Dam: This site is excellent when it holds water, as it reveals wintering Wildfowls, including White-fronted Geese and Red-crested Pochard.
Mazotos: Just after dawn and before dusk, visitors can see passerine migrants such as Flycatchers and Wheatears.
Oroklini Lake: A natural lake, located only a few minutes away from the Hotels. Oroklini Lake is a Natura 2000 site and also classified as a SCI under the Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC) for its halophytic marsh vegetation.
Achna Dam: This artificial reservoir was built around twenty years ago. It is now declared a Special Protection Area for birds -It includes Dalmatian Pelican Pelecanus crispus, Great Black-headed Gull Larus Ichthyaetus and Lesser Whitefronted Geese Anser Erythropus.

Paralimni Lake: Seasonal lake ~ Declared a Special Protection Area for birds , it introduces Flamingos, Heron species, Crakes, Waders, species of ‘Marsh’ Tern; White-tailed Lapwing and Spur-winged Lapwing breeds.
Cape Gkreko: It lies on the East side of Larnaka. This region falls under a busy migration route between Africa and Europe. It is mainly attractive during Spring - migrants include Herons, Egrets, Raptors, Honey Buzzard, Black Kite and Pallid Harrier, White-throated Robin and Red-breasted Flycatcher breeds.
A new tourist area has been developed to the east of the town along a stretch of sandy beach with water sports available. With a well appointed shopping centre in the main town and numerous facilities Larnaca is a popular tourist resort. Situated to the South West of Larnaca is the small Cypriot village of Pervolia, just 8km from Larnaca town.
