They advertise an Adult Only experience but the room next to us was a bunch of teenagers keeping us up until 05:30 am shouting, laughing and doing what TEENAGERS do.
We complained to the manager who told us that the hotel considers 16 year old adults and there is nothing they could do.
We paid double the money we were hoping just because we wanted to RELAX and have a QUIET get away. This of course did not happen and we're never going back. For the price you pay you cam find much nicer hotels that do not result in false advertisement to increase their prices.

Wonderful hotel and staff. The location is beautiful partnered with a private beach, amazing pool and activities for everyone. The hotel is also great if you have food allergies. They were very accommodating and understands the importance.

Great location of the hotel, lovely sandy beach and beautiful clear blue sea.
Good variety of food and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and restaurant, apart of the one bar tender by the pool with passive aggressive attitude towardssome guests, which was very unpleasant.
Lots of activities every day and the entertainment team is very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and renovated, but ,unfortunately, had an unpleasant smell and damp feeling.
Lots of building, construction work is going on around the hotel at the moment.

I would give it a 5 star rating, the reason i didn't was the terrible noise every morning from the hotel being built across the road. Apart from that, super clean, excellent food, great staff. Would i go again? Sure, but when the new hotel is finished .

No entertainment in the main lobby/bar, would be nice in the evening, nothing loud. Drinks finish 11pm, nowhere to watch sports, room TV not worth turning on, building work right next door starts around 0730, July 25. The rest of the hotel is lovely and worth a visit, beach is fantastic, only 1 outside pool the other is indoors. Not much outside the hotel but Only 10 min taxi to town, the spa is fantastic.
