Would definitely recommend just spent 2 weeks at alecos, rooms basic but everything you need and clean, amazing food, excellent entertainment at night, staff friendly. Rooms didn't have a hairdryer but asked for a hairdryer and iron and reception give them to you . The apartments are connected with friends bar . Right in the middle of all the entertainment at night, short walk to the harbour. First time in Cyprus would definitely return to these apartments great price and great stay 😊

Great place very friendly, rooms clean and cleaned everyday with fresh towels . Entertainment of a night time Conner is brilliant very funny . George is very funny and kind and helpful . Breakfast is very good ,only downside 7 days were not long enough . 10/10 from me . Jan & Jan

Cheap place to stay, however, few things to consider before booking. My experience were - night entertainment in friends bar is very loud and loud until late, loud music from near by places makes it even louder at night (no good night of sleep at all until 3-4am). Some guests who stayed here obviously could not handle their drinks and are loud at late nights in hotels corridors. Rooms are very basic which come with basic tidy up(not cleaned like in 5* hotels. Friends bar has a ok menu with tourists prices (not cheap). Rooms are with traditional keys, air con is extra charge per day (6 euros). Deposit safe is extra charge (3 euros per day). System in outdated by atleast 20 years. All tv channels are only in Greek. This is good place to stay if you are here for party time!

Very friendly family run , has friends bar downstairs with good entertainment every night and fantastic food. The pool area is kept very clean and has good location for sunbathing all day. The rooms are well equipped, just missing a microwave. If you fancy an early night I would recommend ear plugs as the bar is open until around midnight. Very good location and close to 2 large supermarkets and the small beaches and the harbour. Free WiFi .Highly recommend a stay here.

On arrival I was met with a no hot water. When I reported this I was told you geordie's are always complaining . I know this was a joke and the hot water was quickly fixed but after a long journey and a cold shower this didn't go down to well. I got my room changed to a pool view room by a nice russian and very helpful lady called Anna. It was an inexpensive holiday and i dont expect much but the pool area was very tired and dated and the pool itself although clean but incredibly cold Could Definitely do with a lick of paint which wouldn't take much but would make a difference visually, especially at the start of the season but the weather apart from one full day lost was pretty good and don't write it off as some people I talked to had been a few times so not for me but definitely for some. And unfortunately there was still building work going on next door so I had to keep my headphones on most of the time while sunbathing by the pool.
