The rooms are a bit old, but there’s a free minibar, good-quality bathroom products, and even a bottle of water as a gift. We forgot to close the small window in the toilet and ended up with a cat and two big cockroaches in the evening 😅
The spa is great — it has a snow room and a sauna, and costs €35 per person 🧖♀️
Casale also offers honey and halloumi-making experiences, but the prices are quite high. There are three restaurants on-site: Parthenon, which serves really good pizza and pasta, and Visantino, which was disappointing — overpriced and with small portions.

Our expectations were so high, due to few issues we faced, we were promised to look after us for our next visit. We have made this booking and asked for a room with mounten view. Instead they gave us a room with no privacy, cleaning ladies were chatting out of our room in n the morning, a wedding took place and they had an overnight party just next to our room until early morning which kept us awake. Next day at checkout at the reception we asked for the bill and they said that all is ok. We asked 1-3 times to pay and they said, it’s all ok your balance is zero. After we left they called us to say they made a mistake and that we need to go back and pay which was not pleasant the way they treated us. We came back paid and left. We will definitely not coming back. Only for the spa which was a perfect place to be.

Not only not "pet friendly" but not "friendly" at all
I paid for the stay in this hotel as a little "vacation present" for my wife and her mother (who were visiting us at the time). This hotel was chosen specifically because they claimed to be "pet friendly" and my wife had our tiny toy poodle with her.
I was shocked when my wife called me midday in tears, telling me how hotel personnel treated them when they attempted to visit the hotel's cafe and restaurant with the dog, even outside (balcony): Hotel personnel rudely and blatantly refused to serve them and forced them to leave.
There were no other visitors at the restaurant, no complaints, and no explanation — just a "that's the rule" answer. Is that your rule to make women cry, guys?
With all due respect: Remove the "pet friendly" tag from your place description, because that's just not true; Put some effort into training your personnel on how to handle these kinds of situations — currently they're not able to do this (only the manager helped);
The true service level is not how you work when everything is fine —it's how you handle difficult situations (even if they involve "rules").

Beautiful resort in the mountains. Unique settings with rooms located in restored old village houses. Complementary mini bar and coffee in each room. Breakfast is also great with lots of traditional Cypriot dishes. Gym is small though with only cardio equipment, no weights, and not all rooms get access to the spa. Overall, highly recommended for a quite escape from the city

Very beautiful setting. Very pretty and comfortable rooms are scattered in this mountainous village. We had two rooms booked; one was gorgeous, spacious with a great balcony. The other was really not half as good and was supposed to be a suite; very small room where the bed took the whole space and the sofa’s room was also very tight when sofa is open no private balcony, just a path to the next room with some chairs and a table. Didn’t have any special character in comparison.
