Neila gardens is situated in a perfect location near the beaches and within five minutes of the harbour marina, where boats can be hired ,large, larger,and small,there's a budget for everyone, the rooms in this hotel vary from a two bedroom terrace views onto the pool area its nice ,with a walk in shower maybe more thought should have been taken with a disabled toilet seat,as my wife has hip problems, the service by all staff is good everyone has a happy face on cheerful which is nice ,most of the staff are indian or from Nepal perfect manners lots children and very child orientated which is good ,there's family rooms lifts and stairs whatever you wish ,breakfast is on this site everything that's possible to mention is available no restrictions on how much you take ,all inclusive options are available theses a bar on site the crown plaza again all staff are polite and food is available, huge burgers with all the trimmings,now the downside ,for dinner and evening meals you have to walk to the sister hotel the neila beach which is about half a mile to this location a luxury hotel maybe 5 stars

This gets a solid 3 star review for me, the service is excellent. The rooms are good, nothing spectacular so if thats what you want then maybe not the place for you. However the beds are extremely comfortable and one of the reasons i would seriously look at booking this again. The pool is very small, and there isnt really a bar facility on an evening, not within the hotel anyway, instead you have to go to a bar on site. I couldnt tell you if this is part of the all inclusive deal or not. The pool has a small child play area with a separate shallow pool and a couple of water activities. Again this shallow pool is very small and your chuldren may get bored of it aftrr a couple of days. The breakfast was totally adequate and certainly not an issue. For me this stop is perfect for a short stay if you dont mind a small pool and are happy to take a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. There is also a beach nearby and a convenience store on site with another down the road. Air con rooms, tv, and the studios have a self catering facility. I enjoyed my stay and ate in town on an evening.

Our recent stay last week was thoroughly enjoyable. While it was outside of peak season, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly a young lady named Julier. Her kindness and sweetness were greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

The best things about the hotel are the location and the breakfast. It is located in the center of Ayia Napa and it is close to the beach but yet in a calm neighborhood away from any noise. There could be some improvements in the room cleanliness and maintenance but overall is a great deal. The staff is very friendly and I must mention Monica who has been working in the hotel restaurant. She is a star and the most positive employee I have ever met.

Rooms were nice and clean, the balcony is great, the bathroom also. Service was pleasant and ran like clockwork. Breakfast was awesome and had lots of fresh choices, and we loved it (baby loved it too). Location is great and very near the beach and marina. Everything I needed is close by. There's a supermarket just next to the hotel. On a side note, the beds had the best pillows I've ever seen in a hotel - I usually have issues with my neck, but had none here!
