Centrally located, on Kryou Nerou Avenue, the hotel is a 7 minute walk away from Ayia Napas largest beach and 4 minutes from the medieval
monastery at the center of Ayia Napa. The Thalassa marine museum is just across the road. Shops, restaurants and bars are within 2 minutes walk away. All you need is next to you! An ideal location for both couples and families.

Modern hotel...sparkling clean.
Buffet food fine, nice variety to suit all tastes...Drinks reasonable and nice outside terrace to enjoy them...Would recommend for all...
Really nice hotel, looks fantastic and was comfortable to stay at.
PROS
The staff are actually very very good. They were helpful at every point, providing directions, making adjustments for us quickly. We had an issue with key card, which was resolved almost immediately.
Food was the stand out for Riverrock. The breakfast is included and has a range of foods including omelletes/eggs, waffles, cereals, yogurts, muffins,croissants, fruits, vegetables, cheeses
Not to mention serving a full English- egg/bacon/beans/sausages/mushrooms/tomatoes
They also do lunch although we never tried and also an excellent dinner - again didn't have a chance yo try but it looked great as we walked past. We did have the desserts one night and it was very good
The hotel has a nice pool and is located in a really good location
CONS
There was a lot of noise in the morning from the hotel staff as they moved the trolleys at around 5.30-7am
The gym had some machines, but actually would have been way better wih simply having a set of dumbbells.

We had a pleasure to stay at this hotel in mid-November. Despite the low season and the very limited variety of offers during breakfast, we were offered special meals from chef and cooked individually for us. The general waitress - Katarina - is a great professional, we were feeling welcomed as guests during our whole stay. The hotel itself is quite fresh and modern, daily cleaning available. It’s a great value for money especially in the low season. I hope to come again one day.

This is the best 3 star hotel I’ve stayed in. The location is brilliant. The hotel is spotless. Staff cannot do enough for you.. especially the reception staff. I had a really late flight so didn’t check in until midnight , the man on the reception checking me in was brilliant.
Breakfast was lovely.
I found the rooms a great size, clean and tidy.
I would recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

Our stay was good. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel grounds as well. The thing that frustrated me, is that during the breakfast buffet there was an omelette covered with cheese, which we had and then discovered it contained ham, which was not mentioned in the description of the dish. We had meat as vegetarians after many years and felt discusted afterwards. After complaining the response we got was not adequate in my opinion. (They offered to make us a vegetarian omelette the next day, which was not the point of my complain. They served the same omelette the next day with the same label)
