The hotel offers great value for money – it definitely exceeds expectations for a 3-star standard. The food is tasty with a wide selection of drinks, and the rooms are new and modern. The only areas for improvement would be the cleanliness of the rooms and the music at the pool, which was sometimes too loud. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Hi checked into this hotel on 18 June and checked out on 20 June what an experience. On arrival hotel is clean and fresh at enterance and rooms but dining experience is another level. Food is disgusting nothing is covered so fly's crawling over it and no food was warm it was that bad we had to check into another hotel. No TUi rep was there manager Left instructions with reception to keep trying them and we left our numbers to be contacted on still waiting on that call and arrived home on Wed. Overall it was a dreadful experience for us and this is an honest review as I have read other reviews on this and I find them to be dishonest . Avoid if you want proper food and service .

We stayed for a week in May. The hotel is spotless and the area is fantastic. Lovely beach nearby, good bus service and a 15 minutes walk into the main resort of protaras. Although it's closer to Per era. The area has some lovely restaurants and bars all very reasonably priced. We got given the wrong room initially but the hotel swiftly corrected this for us. The all inclusive was inconsistent. Breakfast was not very good, lunch was fine and snacks available at all times. Dinner was lovely good fresh food available and not too busy. Good drinks services all throughout the hotel and they are kind enough to bring drinks to you by the pool. A good entertainment package and staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. All in all I would recommend this hotel, had some great facilities and both the pools were great. Good for kids or just adults. I would stay here again.

We are a group of friends who usually always travel together on vacation. Recently we were in Cyprus to get some warmth and relax. We ended up in a hotel called Papouis hotel. It was a large hotel that looked really fresh from the outside. After checking in we went to our rooms. The room was really fresh and well cleaned. Everything was in order in the room i.e. cleaning, bedding. The bathroom was big and comfortable. In other words you can say that the room was completely spotless. The entire staff was really nice and incredibly friendly. The food was really good and varied. The service in the hotel restaurant was great. Here I have to mention a young boy who is the manager in the restaurant. His name is mr Iqbal. He is a service oriented person. He had everything in the restaurant. He made sure that all the guests would enjoy the food and feel comfortable in the restaurant. . I noticed that Iqbal always tried to have contact with the restaurant guests so that they would have a fantastic stay. I think Mr. Iqbal has the knowledge, experience and capacity to develop Papouis Hotels and this entire company. I highly recommend this hotel for your next tripp.

We just spent 8 nights here, Sadly it was part building site, it was early in the season and a good deal price wise so we guessed they were renovations/improvements. (Although the finish in all areas was extremely poor.) Window blind fell on my head! 🤣🤕 The room was exceptionaly small for three (one tiny wardrobe) and requests to move (even pay for an upgrade) were completely ignored. Matresses were rock hard. The food was great, full of flavour! well done to the friendly chefs. Could of been kept hotter, but the choice was acceptable for 3*** great salads very basic for children. ( Deserts, very poor ) Drinks: very squash type sickly sweet cocktails wine: Poor. The absolute stars were the Staff, Bar staff, waiting staff, Chefs, Restaurant Managers, (Madan etc) Reza at reception very helpful. 😁 Sadly The surly unfriendly Hotel Management would put me off ever returning here they wandered the building all day looking very unhappy indeed! Quite unsettling 😬 A definite 3*** Hotel.
