I hate leaving a review like this but I feel like if you are paying your hard earned money for something you should be treated well and get quality for it. The term "All Inclusive" should be taken with a grain of salt. This hotel is "One" star at best. They cut corners in terms of quality. The cocktails are undrinkable and the food is not good. My wife and I saw cockroaches in the lobby and a baby cockroach on the plates in the buffet. We stopped eating at the hotel after seeing the cockroaches. I left a review on booking.com and it looks like it has been deleted. We asked if the hotel had laundry service... Their reply was to "Google it". There wasn't a sorry but here is a spot near by where you can get you laundry cleaned. Not professional at all. Our bathroom smelled terrible and our fridge in our room didn't keep our food cold. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Its a short walk from a beautiful beach.

Zero consideration for any of their neighbouring hotels. Music and shouty karaoke at 1000 decibels every night. Love our hotel, but not the disrespectful neighbours. Clearly do not care about it, as so many reviews say exactly the same thing.

A great hotel if you want to be in a more quiet area of protaras away from the busy strip, i recommend you have a car if you want to go out and explore from this location. The all inclusive food isn't the best but as to be expected from a 3 star hotel, the cocktails are great however and service from the staff is excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at Papouis. I had been checking reviews and over the last few weeks, the food had been a hot topic. We had an issue on arrival that was swiftly resolved and asked to be moved from the 5th floor to a lower floor, as the balcony was given my husband heart palpitations with our two children. We were accommodated and moved to the first floor. Our room was above the outdoor dining area and the evening entertainment didn't keep us up, once the doors were shut. Our room was clean, with towels replaced daily. I would say our room was smaller than expected but that didn't impact us too much as were never in it for that long. The food was good and there were ample amounts. We rarely struggled with sunbeds and we stayed in August, during the height of summer and school holidays. The area around the pool was very slippery, which many people have noted in previous reviews. Location was perfect for us. Staff polite and helpful.

We stayed for a week in May. The hotel is spotless and the area is fantastic. Lovely beach nearby, good bus service and a 15 minutes walk into the main resort of protaras. Although it's closer to Per era. The area has some lovely restaurants and bars all very reasonably priced. We got given the wrong room initially but the hotel swiftly corrected this for us. The all inclusive was inconsistent. Breakfast was not very good, lunch was fine and snacks available at all times. Dinner was lovely good fresh food available and not too busy. Good drinks services all throughout the hotel and they are kind enough to bring drinks to you by the pool. A good entertainment package and staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. All in all I would recommend this hotel, had some great facilities and both the pools were great. Good for kids or just adults. I would stay here again.
