The Hylatio is run on this simple principle: treat one as they would like to be treated. If one cares for value-for-money, genuine hospitality, quiet and elegant surroundings, a family-friendly environment, homemade cooking, and personal care, they are considering the right resort.
Hylatio Village's studios and apartments are simply furnished, with a kitchenette, a living area, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. An electric kettle and a mini-fridge are provided as a standard amenity, while air conditioning and a safety box are available for a fee.
Guests can unwind on the covered terrace while sipping cocktails from the Apollo pool bar. Local cuisine is prepared at the on-site Ammos Restaurant with home-produced olive oil, herbs from the hotel's gardens, and carefully selected ingredients.
Many stores, bars, and restaurants can be found in the town of Pissouri. The Apollo Hylatis Temple is 20 kilometres away. Limassol Port is 35 kilometres distant, while Paphos International Airport is 20 kilometres away. Free on-site parking is available.

The staff are helpful and friendly, the food is lovely a nice selection and different meals every day. The pool is bigger than the pictures make it look and we always got a sunbed even in the afternoon. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. The owner is such a nice man and very approachable. The entertainment is every other night which is absolutely fine! The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and the shower has good power.
I don't understand where the bad reviews come from when you're staying in a 3* hotel I think some expect complete luxury. Pissouri is a small village so a car is ideal if you'd like to explore.

Excellent facilities with a great bar and pool.
Breakfast buffet is generous - pity they have tinned fruit rather than fresh local produce. Limes, olives, pomegranates and oranges plus other fruit are growing in the lovely and well kept gardens
Plenty of parking. Only a 10 minute walk to Pissouri Bay beach.

Rooms a little dated but clean. Lovely staff,Not too much choice if you're all inclusive but mostly something there for everyone. A bit out of the way but a short walk to the beach /shops. Ideally a car is needed which can be hired through the hotel with enterprise cheaply,around £40 per day.it's so easy to drive as they drive on the left like the UK. Honestly I walked in disappointed and walked out as that holiday being in my top 5. Lovely location and a super place to relax. We'll definitely return.
a typical British hotel. British breakfasts. Potato pancakes, beans, scrambled eggs, consistently for 7 days. The rooms are large and relatively clean. Mold in the air conditioning made it impossible to use. It was terribly hot in the room at night. The best part is the always-occupied sun loungers by the pool. At 2 a.m., 3 or 5 there are already towels on the sun loungers. On the plus side, very nice service at the bar and in the cafeteria.

We just spent 3 wonderful days at the Hylatio Tourist Village and our stay was nothing short of amazing. The hotel's pool and gardens are beautifully maintained, providing a perfect backdrop for a leisurely holiday. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
The buffet food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options!
However, the best part of our stay was undoubtedly Cristian, the barkeeper. He took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and more. Cristian’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the bar high for customer service.
We highly recommend the Hylatio Tourist Village Hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to returning in the future!

All rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with its own terrace or balcony. Rooms are equipped with a full kitchenette set (cooker, electric kettle, electric toaster, refrigerator, kitchenware), and telephone. All rooms overlook the immaculately kept gardens, while several have swimming pool views.
Dining
Staying at Hylatio is about recharging batteries. Good food and drinks are as important as the sun and the swimming pool. At Ammos Restaurant and the Apollo Bar, one can find delicious home-made dishes and a great variety of drinks.

Extra care has been given to design a menu around healthy, delicious, value-for-money Mediterranean and traditional Cypriot and vegetarian dishes. This restaurant uses their own home-produced olive oil; herbs from their gardens; meat, poultry and vegetables from carefully selected producers; and they serve fine Cypriot, Greek and French wines. A selection of beers and cocktails is available. Enjoying a delicious dinner by the pool under the starry Cypriot sky, in the company of busy crickets, makes one want the night to go on and on.

Hylatio is located at the sea town of Pissouri, a walking distance from the Blue-Flag beach. Pissouri has located 30 km to the west of Limassol and 30 km to the east of Paphos. The nearest international airport is Paphos, a 20 minutes drive. The better-known Larnaca airport is a 1-hour drive. Access to Pissouri from either airport is through modern highways.
A 20 minutes drive from Hylatio leads to the Temple of Apollo Hylatis (3 Km west of Kourion), one of the most important sanctuaries of ancient Cyrpus. Archaeological findings have revealed that the worship of Apollo at this site was active from 8th century BC up to the 4th century AD. The temple was dedicated to Apollo in the 5th century BC.

This quiet resort is situated midway between Paphos and Limassol making it the ideal location for those who wish to escape the crowds. This south-facing village, set high up on the hillside about 1,000 ft above the sea, commands the most magnificent view of some 20 miles of Mediterranean coastline. Surrounded by vineyards and beautiful scenery the resort offers a small selection of tavernas serving excellent local cuisine. Some of the island's most famous historical sites are within easy driving distance from Pissouri with the resorts of Limassol and Paphos approximately a thirty-five-minute drive away.
