A cosy, family-run holiday place, superbly located only 900m from Larnaca’s city center and only less than ten minutes walk from the famous Palm Tree Promenade.
Sunflower Hotel Apartments is a Class B Hotel Apts however guests are able to enjoy the freedom of self-catering within an environment which offers most of the basic comforts and facilities associated with a First Class Hotel Apartments based in Larnaca, while at the same time holiday makers may enjoy a great selection of bars, shops and taverns close by.
The first three floors in 2012 has been highly renovated whereas ceramic granite flooring has replaced the carpets, all bath rooms are fully renewed with toilets, wash basins , shower tabs , new bath accessories and mixers as well as new plumbing system. Furthermore for the further comfort of the guests, all rooms are being equipped with double glazing windows and balcony doors for better noise insulation. The fourth floor has been partially renovated since is the newest floor of the hotel.

The hotel was okay the staff was okay, the only issue we had it’s the door we couldn’t lock it properly, it made the deal for the night

Terrible location, would not recommend this part of the city. Room smelled what we thought was cigars but after complaining to the guy from the reception he said it didn't smell like smoke, it smelled like mould... Even worse thank you... Street, fridge and other guests very loud. Rooms with connection and doors very flimsy. Did not feel safe at all. Not worth the price. Not even for one night.

Since the renovation this is the perfect hotel at an affordable cost. In addition to the room, the pool is amazing for the hot July weather.

We will never forget Rita and her family’s hospitality. We have been the first staying in the renovated rooms on the 4th floor and everything was perfect. Clean towels, clean linen, perfect relation with the staff. They are very warm, friendly but at same time professional.

I've been here for 5 night. Only once and only by my request room cleaned which is trash and towels only once in 5 days!!! I had to ask every day for toilet paper and soap and this is not cheap price for apartment.. Thin walls, not so clean, bad smell in toilet and the sink is leaking badly. Location of this apartments doesn't looks safe, won't walk here at evening. 20min away from beach by walking, bus stop very close. One of two air conditioner works great, good shower, and fast wifi. Kettle old with smell and new toaster. Fridge works well. Polite reception people, If not room service (which is not exist) would give 3.
Last day we got neighborhood who smokes non stop and we felt it very well even with closed windows
I made photos of this apartment but Google keep says there some issues with them so no photos this time..

Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, individual temperatrure control units for cold and hot air, radio, TV sets with local and international programmes, international direct dial telephone whereas all the apts have their own private balcony with an excellent sea view or town/pool view or both but most of them with a sea view. Housekeeping service is consistently available six days a week with all the linen and glassware to be provided for a comfortable self catering holiday making.
