Piere-Anne’s ten acres gardens have direct access to a sandy/rocky beach, breath taking views of the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and a costal path that runs all the way to Ayia Napa’s sandy beaches, the harbor and Ayia Napa Sculpture Park.
The hotel is located aproximately 1km from the busy centre of Ayia Napa where there is, both lively nightlife at the local clubs and pubs but also family activities such as the numerous festivals organized every year by Ayia Napa Municipality, 'Thalassa' Marine Museum, the picturesque harbor where boat trips to the sea caves and around Cape Greco are available . There are also many cultural attractions such as the 15th Century Monastery. Also close by is the Paliatso Luna Park and many restaurants.

I was really scared after reading some of comments but actually everything was fine. Food is great every night is different, my room was fine, towels were changed every time I leave them on the floor and room was cleaned every day. There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Location is great becouse bus stops right in front of hotel and it will take you to any of popular beatch. Only thing I didn't like was poor WiFi, you can use whatsapp and viber but don't expect to watch movie online.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was also very satisfied with the room, especially the sea view, it was wonderful to wake up and see the sea right outside. The beach was just a few steps from the hotel, which made it very convenient, and it was never crowded. Breakfast offered a wide range of delicious choices.The “night life” was also really close to us, making the hotel's location incredible. Despite being near the Luna Park, we couldn’t hear the loud music, so it wasn’t disturbing at all. We were just happy that the entertainment options were nearby. We had an amazing week, and after my boyfriend proposed to me, the hotel even treated us with free cocktails! The atmosphere was lovely, and the price was excellent for a one-week stay. We are 100% sure we will choose this hotel again. (As for the people who left bad reviews, maybe they should try the Hilton if they weren’t satisfied with such an amazing place!)

The food in this hotel is very good, a lot of options for everyone. Rooms are clean but they are very old, nothing special. For 3 star hotel, they are OK. Cooling system is not working in a proper way on 3rd floor and we were boiling and sweating for 5 days out of 7. Location of a hotel is perfect next to sea and 3 minutes form center. Bus station is next to hotel so you can go anywhere you like.

We didn’t get any of the rooms that were in the advertisement, what we had was an old one that I don’t recommend, and the house cleaners were very loud and the smell of their cigarettes came through the air conditioning; nevertheless the location, breakfast, receptionists are really great.
The view of the sea is very nice as well. So I only recommend a room that is renovated.

I don't understand negatives reviews... This hotel is very well located - rocky beach behind the fence, 10 minutes on foot to pretty sandy beach, close to the city center. Service is good, there is no reason to complain. Food is various and very yummy - there is English/French breakfast and each of day is a different dinner - related to another cuisine. Overall I recemmend to stay here :)
