Piere-Anne’s ten acres gardens have direct access to a sandy/rocky beach, breath taking views of the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and a costal path that runs all the way to Ayia Napa’s sandy beaches, the harbor and Ayia Napa Sculpture Park.
The hotel is located aproximately 1km from the busy centre of Ayia Napa where there is, both lively nightlife at the local clubs and pubs but also family activities such as the numerous festivals organized every year by Ayia Napa Municipality, 'Thalassa' Marine Museum, the picturesque harbor where boat trips to the sea caves and around Cape Greco are available . There are also many cultural attractions such as the 15th Century Monastery. Also close by is the Paliatso Luna Park and many restaurants.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The location is perfect — everything is close by, yet the area is calm and relaxing. Special thanks to the amazing staff: Olga, Violeta, Elene, and the rest of the team. They were all so kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back again! 🌞

On arrival we found our room to not be as it was described by the travel agent however we raised our concerns with the manager. We had read reviews with similar situations and panicked. The manager was incredibly helpful and helped us upgrade our room and managed to get one ready for us at a very short notice going above and beyond and giving updates whenever she saw us. The room we were then given was absolutely incredible. An amazing view of the ocean. Air con that actually worked unlike most hotel resorts. Daily replenishment of the sheets, towels and anything else we needed.
We came here as an anniversary present and the manager was very kind and gave us 2 free drinks.
From start to finish the staff were absolutely incredible and made us feel at home. We will be returning in May to have a longer stay.

The hygiene is terrible, we got a dirty room full of hair and dirt on the sheets.
Also, the hygiene of the hotel itself is bad, the corridor has not been cleaned for days, there are cigarettes, bottles and papers on the stairs.
The food for breakfast and dinner is good, no drinks are served with dinner but they offer drinks that are paid for, if that's the hotel's rule it's fine, but forbidding to bring a bottle of water from the room for parents with small children is really bad.
Terrible hotel, room wasn’t properly cleaned. Bed linen was with stains. Blanket was ripped and with yellow stains. Room smelled like bathroom. Went to the reception, asked for room change but that wasn’t possible. She only suggested to wait for housekeeper, to clean/change all of it. Waited for 2 hours, nobody came.
Then changed hotel. Came back next day for different room, but that wasn’t much better than previous room.
In booking.com pictures looks a lot better than in real life.

Great Location, Delicious Food, and Amazing Service!
Hotel Piere Anne exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent — close to everything and with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel restaurant served delicious, high-quality food that we truly enjoyed every day.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Olya at the reception — she was incredibly kind and supportive during our stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend Hotel Piere Anne to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
