Piere-Anne’s ten acres gardens have direct access to a sandy/rocky beach, breath taking views of the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and a costal path that runs all the way to Ayia Napa’s sandy beaches, the harbor and Ayia Napa Sculpture Park.
The hotel is located aproximately 1km from the busy centre of Ayia Napa where there is, both lively nightlife at the local clubs and pubs but also family activities such as the numerous festivals organized every year by Ayia Napa Municipality, 'Thalassa' Marine Museum, the picturesque harbor where boat trips to the sea caves and around Cape Greco are available . There are also many cultural attractions such as the 15th Century Monastery. Also close by is the Paliatso Luna Park and many restaurants.

Location is really good, close to the strip. Rooms were nice. Service is horrible. Bar manager is so rude, constantly in a mood. We complained but still not change. Not a way to treat paying guests. Get some customer service skills.

The hotel is in the center in an excellent location. I was accommodated in both the new and the old part of the hotel and both ste good. Beautiful view of the sea, rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed. The staff is friendly and at the service of everyone. The price-quality ratio is 10/10

very very dirty place, invasion of bugs...
the location is terrible right next to the luna park, we asked the staff to move us to another room because we are with a 3-year-old child who can't sleep because of the noise, of course they didn't meet us because they don't care about keeping guests. bad experience all in all, everyone is rude, we are very disappointed with this hotel. definitely deserves 1 star

I do not recommend this hotel for a family vacation. Nor for any kind of vacation. Only if you want to watch and listen to the circus every day. It is full of drunken young Englishmen who behave uncivilized. At the pool, they play their own music on the speakers, which is different from the hotel music. They do not respect the hotel staff. They spill drinks around the pool and similar things. They throw glasses, bottles, slippers and sneakers into the pool. You can't sleep at night because of the noise in the hotel. Security does not react.

We had such a nice time there. The room was clean, the food was nice and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a nice location, too. I can highly recommend that hotel.
We even got an update for our room and we had a sea view. That was really nice.
