Piere-Anne’s ten acres gardens have direct access to a sandy/rocky beach, breath taking views of the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and a costal path that runs all the way to Ayia Napa’s sandy beaches, the harbor and Ayia Napa Sculpture Park.
The hotel is located aproximately 1km from the busy centre of Ayia Napa where there is, both lively nightlife at the local clubs and pubs but also family activities such as the numerous festivals organized every year by Ayia Napa Municipality, 'Thalassa' Marine Museum, the picturesque harbor where boat trips to the sea caves and around Cape Greco are available . There are also many cultural attractions such as the 15th Century Monastery. Also close by is the Paliatso Luna Park and many restaurants.

Don't expect luxury inside, but when it comes to location and value for money, this place is an absolute 5/5! It is an honest 3-star hotel with basic rooms and amenities, but it provides exactly what you need for a perfect, budget-friendly, relaxing getaway.
The location is simply unbeatable—right on the first coastline, offering fantastic sea views straight from the windows. The beach and the hotel pool are literally 60 meters apart, making it incredibly easy to switch between the two. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful (no kids running around), so if your main goal is to completely recharge your batteries and do absolutely nothing, this is the spot.
They also have a great, reasonably priced bar with a beautiful view of the sea. On top of that, it’s highly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the center and the port, so grabbing some fresh local seafood for dinner is effortless.
If you want an affordable, chill base right on the water without paying for unnecessary luxury, this hotel is a massive hit!

My staying in Pier Ann was fantastic! Everything is within walking distance, and there's even a bus stop right in front of the room, which is very comfortable. Amazing see view, good service, big clean swimming pool . Beach 10 meters, good restaurant with cocktails, incredible sunset and view on new Marina. This location 10/10! Recommend from all of my heart🫶

The location is excellent — right on the first line, just a few dozen meters from the sea, and in the very center of the town. This makes it very convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
We originally booked a city-view room, but upon check-in we were kindly offered a sea-view room, which was a very pleasant surprise. Many thanks to the receptionist Olha for her help and for sharing useful recommendations about local places, restaurants, and activities.
The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The food was also a highlight — a wide variety of dishes, everything was tasty, and themed dinner nights with different world cuisines were a nice touch.
It was also nice to find that some staff members speak multiple languages, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend the hotel and consider returning again in the future.

The hotel deserves more than three stars. Highly recommended. The food is excellent. We were accommodated in the main building in a renovated room with a sea view. Peace and quiet with the sound of the waves. There is a small rocky beach in front of the hotel and it is recommended to enter the water with water shoes, although it is possible without with a little more caution. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Excellent location for visiting all the beaches in Ayia Napa and the surrounding area.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The location is perfect — everything is close by, yet the area is calm and relaxing. Special thanks to the amazing staff: Olga, Violeta, Elene, and the rest of the team. They were all so kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back again! 🌞
