Information
A 3 star privately owned hotel, rests peacefully in a forest of pine and eucalyptus trees, right on Limasol’s longest stretch of sandy beach.
Located a couple of minutes walk away from local shops, restaurants and the town’s busy night life and on the bus route to Limassol’s center which is just 3km away.
Built originally as luxury hotel apartment, with a main building and four low extensions joined into it, was completely renovated thus the majority of rooms are very spacious and the sea facing rooms on the ground floor lead directly into the grass lawn.

This review could have been 4 or 5 stars if not for an inconvenience we had on arrival. Our reservation stated 'triple room with sea view'. We were assigned a room on the ground floor. This would not have been a problem (even though 'sea view' tends to refer to rooms on raised floors), except that the French window to the outside opened onto the communal garden, which is easily accessed from a public car park and the street... Having said that, before even settling in I go to reception to ask for a change of room, as we had not been properly informed of this situation. They tell me that it is not possible to put 3 people in the rooms on the upper floor (rooms with a private terrace) because there are only double rooms. We ask them to give us two, offering to pay the difference, but for the first two nights there was no availability. At that point, I ask why they had not specified that the room was on the ground floor and overlooked the public garden (no small mistake in the hospitality sector, I would have expected at least a partial refund given the hotel's failure to do so). They reply that on Booking you can see that the triple rooms are on the ground floor....
I checked and no! Neither on Booking nor on their site is it in any way specified that the triples are only on the ground floor, overlooking the communal garden (accessible from outside!), indeed it says that they have a 'balcony'! And the photos and the room sizes are the same for both the doubles and the family rooms... In short, be very careful when you book. The fact that a room overlooks a communal outdoor area is definitely worth mentioning. Not to do so is a huge failing on the part of the hotel. It poses privacy and safety problems for guests, it prevents guests from leaving windows open to ventilate, it poses problems for those who are allergic or have a phobia to cats that regularly come to rest on the beds and chairs in front of the ground floor rooms.
Despite everything, it is a decent hotel, conveniently located close to the centre. Large and varied breakfast buffet. The food service staff is very friendly and attentive (unlike the guy serving at the reception when we had the inconvenience). We did not use the swimming pool but it seemed well maintained. The rooms inside are neat and comfortable (although they forgot to provide us with the bath mat several times and we had to use some towels...) .
A good solution near the city and on the beach if you are fine with very basic accommodation. Room/bed was comfortable but not well serviced or maintained. Hardly any space to enter the shower. Water streaming out of shower and into bedroom. Noisy guests all the time around the clock. Very basic breakfast and not many healthy options. Canned fruit...seriously? Staff seem overworked and fed up. Nobody welcomes or talks to you at breakfast. Staff urgently need to be trained to smile and ask guests if they had a good sleep. Loose lights hanging dangerously in pool and steps out of pool had sharp edges that caused me injury. A sewage cover at the parking lot had dangerous sharp edges sticking out. I heard another guest mentioning it to the reception. The parking lot and the food and drinks deliveries are at the same area and trucks often obstruct the exit. No supervision at the pool with guests taking up the sunbeds early morning and guests diving in the pool despite prohibition warnings. The young lady (Anthe?) at the bar was very nice and friendly.
Conclusion. It is a shame that such a well located hotel needs so many improvements and more investment by the management in upgrading services and training staff.
The hotel is relatively large, with many rooms. The rooms are okay. Unfortunately, our room was forgotten to be cleaned three times, and we had to keep reminding the staff, otherwise, no one would have come. The breakfast is also not really good. There are several options to choose from, but it's the same every day. However, the dinner is always delicious and varied! The only complaint I have about the food is the labeling or description. You often have to ask what kind of meat it is, and with the desserts, you have to be very careful because almost every dessert contains gelatin. The service staff is excellent! They are always smiling, very attentive, greet you warmly every morning, and are very quick when you need something or place an order!
The hotel is particularly popular with many families with children, so it would be advisable to avoid this hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet away from children. Overall, it is a small, nice hotel. The breakfast could use some improvement, as the selection is modest. However, the dinner tastes excellent and offers a good variety.
Unfortunately, there are no sun loungers available, but pool/beach towels can be obtained for a one-time deposit of €10. We also have to report that our room was not always cleaned. However, the hotel made an effort to address our complaint.
The location is excellent. Many places are easily accessible by public transportation.
