Information
A 3 star privately owned hotel, rests peacefully in a forest of pine and eucalyptus trees, right on Limasol’s longest stretch of sandy beach.
Located a couple of minutes walk away from local shops, restaurants and the town’s busy night life and on the bus route to Limassol’s center which is just 3km away.
Built originally as luxury hotel apartment, with a main building and four low extensions joined into it, was completely renovated thus the majority of rooms are very spacious and the sea facing rooms on the ground floor lead directly into the grass lawn.

We will change the place maybe, because the room is very ordinary and lot of mosquito. The staff is bored, the pool is cold and dirty. The hotel is ordinary, old and worn out. There is a mess around the hotel.
The price does not match the services and accommodation.
Close to the shops and pubs.

Clean and luxurious rooms. From the room exit straight to the sea, and there are beautiful views as in the photos. Very abundant and varied breakfasts.

I wouldn't recommend this place one bit. It's not very English friendly. Didn't find the staff very friendly at all. Rooms OK but looking straight out to 100 foot high trees. Full of teenagers shouting about at all hours of the day and night. Staff do nothing. The food is cold and awful. The fruit looks as if it's come straight out of the bin. It's in a noisy dirty area. Graffiti and rubbish all over. Pathos is much nicer
I stayed at this hotel for 30 days, and it was a very disappointing experience. During my stay, I had a lighter thrown at me in the shape of a phallus through the window, and people were knocking on my door. When I reported these incidents to the staff, they didn’t seem to care at all. The service in the dining area was disrespectful, with staff members looking down on us. Towels were only changed when I specifically asked for them, and they often forgot to take out the trash. The sunbeds on the terrace were dirty for the entire 30 days, and the tables in the room were never wiped down.
As for the food, the meat was always dry, and half of the dishes were pork, which is a problem for Muslim guests like me. The only other options were chicken or fish, with beef being available only once a week. Breakfast was the same every day, and dinner didn’t change much either. Some of the meals were so bad that I ended up leaving the restaurant and going to the nearby PizzaHut, even though I’m not a big fan of pizza.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Park Beach was a great base to stay in while visiting Cyprus! Hotel staff is very inviting and warm, and the pool area is great. Bar food is nice (especially coffee) but the continental breakfast doesn't stand much and I would skip it.
Pluses: the experience, live music, pool area, service, cleanliness, location with good parking, drinks
Minuses: quite expensive laundry (36 euros), cockroaches coming in from the outside in the summer, lack of queen bed rooms
