The Josephine Boutique Hotel is newly built and situated just 50m away from the famous Finikoudes beach of Larnaka. Located on the most popular shopping street in the town, the surrounding area is full of boutiques and restaurants.
Rooms are modern designed, fully air-conditioned having a view from the city centre to sea view. There is a rooftop swimming pool where guests can have their drinks and snacks while looking at the Mediterranean Sea.

The hotel used advantage of the ISRAEL-IRAN escalation to increase price dramatically. They raised price while we are there with out informing us in advance. When asked to speak to manager/owner he informed the receptionist that he is not interested in talking to us and left us no choice but to pay. Will never come back again to this place and neither recommend

If something goes wrong — this hotel will do absolutely nothing for you.
We couldn’t travel due to closed airspace and a real threat to our safety.
We informed the hotel immediately. In return — we received a formal “we understand.”
No rescheduling. No support. No willingness to help.
Even after Booking.com got involved, they did only one thing — waived the cancellation fee for a stay we physically couldn’t make.
There was nothing truly humane in their response — just the bare minimum, and not even by their own initiative.
What we felt was indifference.
This hotel chooses rules over people.
You might think: “That won’t happen to me.”
But when the unexpected hits — you’ll be left alone with the consequences.
Don’t book this place. There’s no human care behind the front desk.
P.S. I’ve seen reviews right here from people in the same situation — the hotel refused to help during emergencies. Sadly, it doesn’t look like an exception.

I reserved the Family room and at the reception, I was asked to pay another 20€ per night for my son. Then they brought another bed in the room. The Family room supposed to have one matrimonial bed and one couch. I contacted the Agoda support but they wait for the hotel owner to decide. What a bad service! There are construction works done on the street. This was not mentioned on the site.

We had a fantastic stay at The Josephine Boutique Hotel in Larnaca! From the start, the staff made our experience special by upgrading us to a room with spectacular sea and city views. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a large balcony, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views.
The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for those looking to soak up the sun. Parking was very reasonably priced at only €5, and the free breakfast was a wonderful bonus.
Overall, The Josephine Boutique Hotel offers excellent value, exceptional service, and a prime location. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Larnaca and can’t wait to return!
