The Josephine Boutique Hotel is newly built and situated just 50m away from the famous Finikoudes beach of Larnaka. Located on the most popular shopping street in the town, the surrounding area is full of boutiques and restaurants.
Rooms are modern designed, fully air-conditioned having a view from the city centre to sea view. There is a rooftop swimming pool where guests can have their drinks and snacks while looking at the Mediterranean Sea.

great a new boutique hotel on the center of larnaca near the shops and coffee shops and restaurants . i really love it.New hotel ,very nice rooms ,good breakfast and very pleasant stuff

This is not just an angry visitor complaining as there unfortunately was a lot of issues.
Not clean: Spots on the floor, glasses poorly washed and found hair in the room.
Room: Was generally of poor quality, like you could see how the floor was breaking apart.
General notes: No English tv channels only some Greek and Russian. There was a lot of construction outside, had to sleep with earplugs. The hotel shouldn’t put anyone on the first floor, when the noise from outside is so high.
Breakfast: Decent, but the started cleaning and removing it 1000’ish, even though breakfast are supposed to last until 1030.
In general just a bad experience:(

Excellent location, although there is currently a mass of roadworks around the hotel. The rooms are large, light, bright and clean and the rooftop pool looks good. However, the breakfast is appalling and really lets the hotel down.

This would be the LAST place to stay if flying from Larnaca airport. First , not their fault but the streets surrounding the hotel are under major construction making it EXTREMELY difficult to get there. Parking is UNBELIEVABLY bad. A parking structure several blocks away is ostensibly free. Hard to get to and it was impossible to exit with the “pass” which they assured us worked. It did not. We paid 10 euros and the gate STILL would not open When I walked the several blocks back to ask the hotel what to do they were unpleasant and accused us of being incompetent and stupid. With a passerby’s help we were finally able to exit for our very early morning flight. Overall hotel staff were so rude and bad it was unbelievable. The room was acceptable but not a good value. Avoid this hotel.
