We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have been happier with our room. Everything felt brand new, and it was clear that it had been recently renovated to a very high standard. The room was modern, stylish, spotless, and beautifully finished, making it a really comfortable place to relax after a day out. One of the best things was how convenient the location of the room was, with easy access to the pool, which made it effortless to pop back and forth throughout the day. The hotel itself is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby while still being peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We genuinely had such a wonderful holiday and would happily stay here again. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

I have to say – this hotel really surprised me. It looks brand new, and I mean EVERYTHING – the lobby, the rooms, the furniture. It's all fresh, clean, and beautifully designed. You can tell they put a lot of thought into it. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, but Tanya really stood out. She went out of her way for us, always with a smile, and you could tell she genuinely cares about the guests. She made our stay even better. And the location couldn't be more perfect – right in the center of the city, close to everything. We barely needed transportation the whole trip. Overall, highly recommend. Would definitely come back!

The hotel is exactly what you want for a lads/ girls holiday great location and events running at your own hotel. Rooms were clean and the air con is great only thing that could be improved is no hot water however due to the heat I wouldn’t want anything but a cold shower anyway. Cleaners came daily and did an amazing job and reception was always willing to help. Location ls excellent less than a 2 minute walk to the main strip absolutely what you want. Hotel is loud which is expected for its location and what you would expect with groups on lads and girls holidays.

Amazing stay at Pambos Napa Rocks Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, making our experience even better. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the strip, with all the bars, restaurants, and nightlife right on your doorstep. The hotel had a great atmosphere with plenty of events and entertainment throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

We booked to stay at Napa Rocks Pampos Hotel for 4 weeks last summer, in May. We knew exactly what we were getting for the price and weren’t expecting luxury – the plan was simply to have a base while we enjoyed the summer and went out partying most of the time. We were prepared for basic accommodation, but what we experienced went far beyond “basic” and completely ruined what was supposed to be a great trip. During the second week of our stay, our room was broken into. When we returned to our room one evening, we found that the latch on the inside of our main door had been pushed down, meaning we physically could not open the door from the outside. We had to force the door open just to get back into our own room. It immediately became obvious that someone must have entered our room via the balcony, then put the latch down from the inside before leaving so we couldn’t get in. When we finally managed to get inside, we realised our belongings had been stolen. Both of our phones were gone, my MacBook and laptop had been taken. It was honestly shocking to walk into the room and realise that someone had been inside while we were out and taken our personal belongings. What made the situation even worse was the way the hotel handled it. The staff were extremely unhelpful and showed very little concern about what had happened. There was no real sense of urgency, no proper support, and very little effort made to help us deal with the situation. To make matters even more worrying, we were told there is no CCTV anywhere on the property. For a hotel accommodating large numbers of tourists, this is a massive red flag and completely unacceptable in our opinion. The break-in completely ruined the remainder of our holiday. Instead of enjoying the trip we had saved and planned for, we were left stressed, upset and dealing with the financial consequences of the theft. Unfortunately our insurance didn’t cover everything that was taken, meaning we’ve had to replace expensive items ourselves.Unfortunately the problems didn’t stop there. Throughout the entire stay the water in the shower was almost always cold. After a long day or night out, the last thing you want is to come back to a freezing cold shower every single time. The air conditioning situation was also extremely misleading. When we first arrived, it appeared that the air conditioning in our room was broken because the controls didn’t work at all. After asking about it, we were then told that the remote control to work the air conditioning had to be rented separately at a cost of €20 per day. This wasn’t made clear when booking and felt like a ridiculous extra charge considering the temperatures during the summer. Another incident that perfectly sums up the state of this place happened one night when our door lock completely jammed. We were literally trapped and had to climb over a neighbour’s balcony just to leave the room. This is not only inconvenient but incredibly unsafe. After the burglary we were also promised that we would be moved to a different room. Given everything that had happened, we thought this was the least they could do to help us feel a little safer for the rest of our stay. However, despite being promised a room change, it never actually happened. It became so unbearable, we booked flights to return home earlier than planned which also cost an absolute bomb!!!Between the theft, the lack of security, the poor response from staff, the constant cold showers, hidden charges for air conditioning, and the unsafe issues with the doors and locks, the whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We went into this knowing it was a budget hotel, but basic safety and security should never be optional. No one expects their room to be broken into and their belongings stolen while staying at a hotel. In the future, I would much rather pay extra and stay somewhere that actually takes guest safety and security seriously. Sadly this experience completely ruined what should have been an amazing summer holiday. I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! ⚠️
