Do not stay here, one particular staff member is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Ask a simple question and she laughs in your face and is patronising or refuses to help. Our room didn’t get cleaned until our 5th day where they put a dirty sheet on one of the beds and gave us other people’s towels that were left on the sun loungers, not to mention our towels were also taken on the first day. Cleaners knock then if you haven’t answered within a second they let themselves In while we are sleeping or for all they know could’ve been getting dressed.

It was great having room with private pool! Book new building only though. USB charging ports in every socket. Recommended!

This hotel is Best of the Best In aiya nappa, best price , very cheap 👌 I spent more than 25 days in this hotel and I loved it so I book for more and more days.
Very Good location , Quet , calm safe , relaxed atmosphere
The staff is very friendly smiling ,helpful and very good manager Anthi⚘️
The rooms so nice and clean
I tried 7 variety rooms
There is 2 big pools so nice and my favorite 😍 jacuzzi where the sunset is wonderful .
Guys I don't hesitate to spend all my summer there

Tow stars only for the location which is hard to get it wrong in Ayia Napa..still the hotel was 30m walk from the centre.
The rest of it it’s absolutely unbearable. Very bad structure, dirty rooms and poor service.
This hotel was so dirty and had so much wrong with it. The staff were extremely rude. The rooms had dirty sheets and towels and alot of things broken in them. The rooms were dark and has no lock on the doors either. The swimming pool was dirty and smelt awful. I did not eat at this hotel due to the dirty seen in the room, I didbt trust the food.
