We stayed here for a week as a group of three and had an amazing experience throughout.The hotel is modern, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The pool area is fantastic and has a really relaxed atmosphere. We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a swim-up room, which we would highly recommend for the convenience of having direct pool access.
The location is perfect, especially for a party holiday, as it's within walking distance of the strip, as well as plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. The hotel also hosts a Party Hard pool party every Sunday, which is included free of charge for guests.
The staff have been exceptional throughout our stay. They surprised my friend with wine and fruit for her birthday, which was a lovely touch. Everyone has been friendly, approachable, and always willing to help.
Our flight isn't until 10pm and we were due to check out at 11am, but the hotel kindly extended our room until 3pm free of charge, which we really appreciated.
We genuinely wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. A special thank you to the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Her kindness and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything is Great! We visit many times this place never complained about anything!General Tatiana on Reception anything we need on anytime! Just push 0 zero on the room Phone! The private pool in the Room was amazing they clean it every three hours! Outside of the Room Door there is a Central Pool One of the Biggest Pools in Ay Napa! Amazing Pool Parties every Sunday! Amazing value for Money! Great Service Very Clean and Comfortable✨✨
Stayed at the Fedrania Gardens Hotel and was greeted by the lovely receptionist who made sure we were well looked after from the start all the way until the end of our stay. The management, staff and facilities are top notch and any problems occurred, they made sure it got sorted swiftly. Management even went above and beyond to make sure to bring a celebratory gift for my birthday which was a very special touch. Highly recommend this hotel for any visitors.

I’m currently staying at this hotel in Cyprus and honestly – I haven’t been to a place this good in a long time. Everything here is on point, from the first impression at check-in to the smallest details in the room. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always smiling and professional.
The rooms are clean, modern, and very well equipped. The pool and relaxation area are perfect for switching off and truly unwinding. And the food – absolutely delicious, fresh, and with a great variety, so everyone will find something they like.
If you’re thinking about a trip to Cyprus, I can honestly say it’s worth it. This hotel really delivers and I’ll definitely be coming back 🔥🌴
