They have very good rooms for a three-star hotel, they cleaned the rooms every day and left us new towels, we had no problems with cleanliness, they have quite organized staff, we had everything we needed in the room and everything worked, hot water worked too😃😃😃 We are very satisfied with this hotel, clean pools, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Also, I would like to thank Tanya, who is a very attentive person, in case of any issue we turned to her and she was always ready to help, they have very attentive and friendly staff. We had a pleasant time in this hotel and we are going to return again, with best wishes ✨✨💙💙💙🩵🩵🩵

I do not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness is the number one thing I care about when staying anywhere, and unfortunately, this hotel failed completely in that area. When we arrived, our room had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We reported this, and cleaner came to “clean,” but she did not do a proper job. She changed the bed sheets, but even those were dirty and stained. She only used a cloth and water to clean the room. The whole hotel felt dirty and poorly maintained. The hotel hosts loud parties that are open to people who are not hotel guests. After these events, the pool and outdoor areas were left in an even worse condition. I did not feel safe with so many unknown people walking around the hotel. The staff was unprofessional and not helpful, especially the woman at the front desk, who was noticeably rude. If you are looking for a clean and relaxing stay, my honest advice is: choose a different hotel.

Just come back from a week stay at this hotel. Had a lovely time! Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We had the swim up pool room the room was modern and had all the amenities we required. The room was definitely beyond what we were expecting. The room was cleaned daily and we found the cleaners very friendly and helpful also! The hotel is situated in a great location and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay!
