The hotel has a decent appearance and service, polite staff, we were especially happy to meet Ms. Tatyana, she is incredible. The waiter is very friendly and polite. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, near the beach, many shops nearby and not far from the city center. We were pleasantly surprised by the rest, we will come back later. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, our stay at the apartment was disappointing. While the place looked like the photos, many things were not working properly. The air conditioning only worked at 27°C and couldn’t be adjusted, which made the room uncomfortable. The fridge didn’t cool well, and the trash bin was broken. One of the biggest concerns was the window next to the entrance door — it couldn’t be fully closed, meaning someone could potentially reach in and unlock the door from the outside, which felt very unsafe. Additionally, the interior door sometimes wouldn’t open from the inside. We also didn’t have a key to the safe, which was frustrating, and only about 3 out of 7 lights in the apartment were working, leaving the space dim and unpleasant. Housekeeping was another issue. Sheets were not changed during our stay, and when we politely asked, the staff responded, “Well, you’re only staying two more days,” which we found unprofessional and dismissive. Although breakfast was tasty, we had to wait nearly an hour every morning to be served, which became quite frustrating. Overall, while the apartment had potential, the poor maintenance and lack of proper service made the stay disappointing.

We came here with zero expectations due to reviews but although the rooms are not 100 percent the staff make up for it. Ahmed the food server was absolutely fantastic he made our stay better for sure. The pools and jacuzzi were the best thing about this place. Definitely great for a base and a lazy pool day! Had a great time ❤️

it was good hotel with good location, There are many beaches and food outlets nearby. They had great staff, the cleaner was late cleaning our room, but eventually cleaned it up well. They had a normal breakfast, the best of which was the English breakfast. They also had a pretty big pool, so we were very satisfied in the end. They have a very nice and attentive girl at the reception.

They have very good rooms for a three-star hotel, they cleaned the rooms every day and left us new towels, we had no problems with cleanliness, they have quite organized staff, we had everything we needed in the room and everything worked, hot water worked too😃😃😃 We are very satisfied with this hotel, clean pools, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Also, I would like to thank Tanya, who is a very attentive person, in case of any issue we turned to her and she was always ready to help, they have very attentive and friendly staff. We had a pleasant time in this hotel and we are going to return again, with best wishes ✨✨💙💙💙🩵🩵🩵
