Hotel extends to 179 apartments over 3 floors with modern amenities.
For a memorable holiday in Cyprus the Evalena Beach Hotel Apartments makes the grade. Larnaca Airport is 65 km from the Hotel. The entire length of the main coastal road in Protaras spans from Paralimni via Protaras into Ayia Napa (about 15km) and is lined with a large pedestrian route that is ideal for walkers and bikers. Guests can also easily go for walks in the picturesque National Park of Cape Greco, with its famous sea caves.There is a Protara 1 bus stop near the Evalena Beach Hotel, about a 10-minute walk away.
Guests can enjoy their breakfast in the restaurant. Spa facilities, including a wellness center, spa, and massages are available.

Wow!!
Returned home on 9th November after a wonderful week here. Second time in protaras but first time at this hotel.
Hotel spotlessly clean and staff ao friendly and helpful. Ideal location next to the protatas pier which was so handy for a boat trip we took.
10/ 15 minute walk to the main strip but there are restaurants around the hotel.
We did b & b and there was so much choice.
Pool was lovely. Never struggled for a sun bed.
Used the hair dressers which was brilliant and so handy as was attending a wedding.
Will definitely be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Clean rooms and friendly staff.
The hotel lobby smells amazing and is so clean.
Bar staff are so efficient and friendly.
Good selection of drinks on offer and reasonably priced.
Nice pool area and beach virtually next to the hotel. Lots of other beaches close by to chose from.

Very nice hotel with reasonable price.
We had breakfast, it has wide range of choice, our favourite was the freshly made omett and freshly made pencake with various delicious chocolate toppings. The room was very modern and clean, with nice balcony. Loved that they gave slipers too. They even gave body lotion, not just shampoo and shower gel, and loved the nail and ear cleaners. We had a sea view room, however it was on the first floor, so the view was half blocked by the dining area. The bathroom was really nice, and clean, looked modern and had a big nice shower. Even two people fits. The cleaning lady came every day. They have cool DND system if you want the cleaning lady to come later. The tuesday and friday live music was great, even from the room balcony. Location is very nice, Vrissi beach starts from the neighbour hotel. You can walk to fig tree bay also. The neighbourhood is full of cats, thats a lot of fun. The paralel street has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets, and they even have a supermarket inside the hotel.
The towels were not in the best condition. We had a sea view room, however it was on the first floor, so the view was half blocked by the dining area. The walls were very tiny, everything we could hear from the neighbours.
We booked to celebrate a very special occasion for us, the room was amazing great view and spacious. General manager was super lovely and friendly very accommodating and made our stay extra special for us. Breakfast buffet had alot of delicious options and staff were so lovely specially the young gentleman with the moustache finding me my tall glass with ice so I can make ice coffee. Would definitely come back ☺️

Have stayed here many times over 20years before the renovations.We go breakfast only which suits us,we had a lovely stay.Rooms cleaned daily beds change every other day.We arrived to a afruit platter and wine.The reception staff night staff all friendly. George the manager his Dad Andreas his mum and Ava always chatty and remember us from all our previous visits.The cleaning staff always cheerful.We go into Pernera 20 minute walk on the front to Issaks where 2sunbeds and parasol 6euros for the day and if you want the beach there is one there
