Within easy reach of all the major entertainment and shopping venues of Protaras and Ayia Napa, this B Star hotel makes a friendly base for couples and families with modern facilities and excellent service. Hotel extends to 179 apartments over 3 floors with modern amenities.
For a memorable holiday in Cyprus the Evalena Beach Hotel Apartments makes the grade. Larnaca Airport is 65 km from the Hotel. The entire length of the main coastal road in Protaras spans from Paralimni via Protaras into Ayia Napa (about 15km) and is lined with a large pedestrian route that is ideal for walkers and bikers. Guests can also easily go for walks in the picturesque National Park of Cape Greco, with its famous sea caves.There is a Protara 1 bus stop near the Evalena Beach Hotel, about a 10-minute walk away.
Guests can enjoy their breakfast in the restaurant. Spa facilities, including a wellness center, spa, and massages are available.

Very nice stay here for 9 nights, food decent, some days a bit better than others with the food, the sunbeds are very uncomfortable though unfortunately especially if lying on your front. We had the all inclusive package with Jet2. Rooms were nice and facilities at the hotel all good.
Friendly staff and nothing too much trouble. Thank you all.

Have stayed here many times over 20years before the renovations.We go breakfast only which suits us,we had a lovely stay.Rooms cleaned daily beds change every other day.We arrived to a afruit platter and wine.The reception staff night staff all friendly. George the manager his Dad Andreas his mum and Ava always chatty and remember us from all our previous visits.The cleaning staff always cheerful.We go into Pernera 20 minute walk on the front to Issaks where 2sunbeds and parasol 6euros for the day and if you want the beach there is one there
A fantastic beachfront getaway! The location on Fig Tree Bay is perfect, the rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff were lovely and so helpful.
Waking up to that sea view from our balcony was the best part. The pool area is great, the food was delicious, and everything was spotless.
Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Evalena Beach Hotel in Cyprus and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-run, and friendly place to relax right by the sea.
What really stood out was the exceptional cleanliness, especially thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff on the third floor. Our room was spotless every single day! The ladies cleaning our floor were incredibly dedicated, always smiling, and truly paid attention to every detail. Their work ethic and positive attitude made a big difference and added a special touch to our stay.
Another highlight was the amazing chef preparing fresh pancakes and omelettes every morning. His energy, humor, and passion for cooking were contagious! He greeted everyone with a smile and made breakfast feel like a daily celebration. And the food? Absolutely delicious — probably the best pancakes and omelettes I've ever had!
The only small downside was the size of the room — we had a double room with an extra bed, and it felt a bit cramped. The extra bed made it difficult to access the balcony comfortably, which was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise great stay.
All in all, Evalena Beach made a great impression on us, and we’re leaving with nothing but positive memories. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We’d love to come back! 🌞
