Great option for a budget-friendly holiday. The staff were all very helpful, and a special thanks to receptionist Joanna and her daughter who really made our stay more enjoyable — we felt very welcomed and well looked after. We'd definitely come back to Paphos because of their hospitality. Highly recommended, and best wishes to the whole team!

What a great little spot. Non pretentious, Just the basics. With great service from Samantha and her team. I messaged her from the USA and she answered all my questions from the day of booking till arrival. We were upgraded to a larger 2 bad apt. It was great, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices. And don't forget to get a dip on the pool after a long day of exploring Paphos to cool down. Don't expect luxury, just the best hospitality you can find in this beautiful little island.

Perfect location nearby the bus station with buses departing for the airport. Rooms are large, equipped with large balcony. Lighting and generally electricity are not very good. They have also outdoor pool. Cheap wending machine at the reception. Kind staff.

Dirty and bad hotel. All electricity cables are loose and dangerous. bad lighting. My friend fell through the bad lighting and broke his phone and had his toes open. There was no first aid kid present. Had to break off the trip and return to Limassol. Horror hotel. Breakfast was good though

The first impression is a bad one, you are greeted with automatic doors at the entrance which open so slowly (they clearly are broken) that you have to wait 10 seconds to squeeze through the gap. The hotel was built in the 80's and it seems as if the owners have not invested a dime in it since to refurbish anything or even fix broken elements. We were told the lift 'is not working at the moment' but from reading older reviews I suspect it hasn't worked in years. The building we were in had a strange smell that made us feel not at ease and relaxed. The apartment was quite spacious but the space was empty and bare with no furnishings which just made it feel weird. The lightening is very white and not pleasant. The kitchen has cabinets but not a plate, bowl or even piece of cutlery in sight. There was so much dust floating around in the bedroom. The bathroom is very old. At least everything was cleaned before we arrived. We requested a hair dyer from the manager and then when my wife plugged into the socket by the mirror to dry her hair, after 1 minute the socket started smoking... The plug had been burnt and now the room smelled of burnt plastic. I guess we were lucky that a fire hadn't started. At that point we decided to leave the hotel immediately because we were with a baby and safety was our highest priority. I assume all the old buildings have faulty electrical wiring, very very worrying issue and a safety hazard. Luckily, we were given a partial refund. The only good thing I can say about the establishment is that the staff (manager named Sam) was very friendly and nice to talk to and understood our frustration and processed our refund. It is not her fault that the place is in such a bad state, but unfortunately friendly staff does not make up for the rest of the terrible issues of this place. Don't go unless, not safe, not pleasant.
