we left our appartment after staying for 4 hours the conditions were beyond appauling to start with the check in was awful, we were greeted not so welcomley by a man who clearly was not interested in his job or making us feel at all welcome, after taking a photocopy of our passports he handed us a form to fill in, fairly simple, we filled it in and handed it back to him, without saying anything he then left his post at reception and dissapeared for 10 minuites without telling us a thing, he later returned with a can and went into the back of reception to give it to his friend, while there they continued to chat whilst we were still waiting to be checked in he then sat for a good 5 minuites inputting information into a computer and then handed us a room key 207 we made our way up to our room on the second floor without any assistance just a brief explanation of where to go when we entered the room we were instantly hit with a strong odor of damp and urine abolsutley disgusting we opened the window and let it air out bearing in mind we had been traveling from the uk so this took us all day and we just wanted to rest at this point, we wanted a shower as i went into the bathroom i had to clean the bath before i could use the shower to step into it because it had a layer of thick dirt at the bottom, when i initally ran the tap the water came out a thick brown, the kind you see in horror films when they go into abandond buildings i let it run for a while and when it was clear i ran the shower for a bit and then decided to brave it, after stepping out of the bath we went into the bedroom to use the towels and it was then that i discovered droppings on the bedding, i then took the dirty sheets off the bed to expose the mattress, it had visible urine stains all over it, so i thought i would see what the other side looked like, again covered in urine stains and droppings disgusting! as i decided to investigate further i was only more and more shocked there was no working ac, damp all over it i opened the top of the unit to discover it had probably never been cleaned or serviced in its life water everywhere inside and the worst smell in the world coming from it, the cupboards were thick with dirt and mold, littered with droppings, the damp coming from them was unreal, there was also no cooking facilities as advertised, a kitchen tap that only produced brown water, we had two dirty cups left to us next to a kettle thick with limescale, our toilet rolls had roden droppings on them along with the insides of the cupboards, no refrigerator to keep anything cool i can honestly share you the photographs and videos i have this was a nightmare

Worst hotel ever, I didn't imagine that my experience with them would be that horrible, I booked them through booking.com and when I arrived they told me that my room has a problem meanwhile I overheard that the hotel is over booked, they claimed that I will sent to a better twin hotel 5 minutes away and they hire me a taxi but it was a hotel outside the whole city and 8 km away from them. When I called they didn't try to fix anything and the new hotel was so bad and away less than expectations. Also they secure their situation by me checkin in at their location and I admit I was naive to believe I will be sent to nicer hotel. I wasn't able to leave a review on booking as it was third party agreement with booking and that is why booking we're not able to help me. It ended by me paying a lot of money for public transportation and taxi . Please think twice before you got scammed as well . NEVER AGAIN! The electricity went out on the first day. The room smelled, cats were making noise outside. Old furniture, mold, no blanket, just a sheet and a dirty blanket. The breakfast it was ,,funny" And the lady at the reception with glasses was arrogant and unpleasant. And as a bonus, the last day there was no water, so I couldn't shower or brush my teeth all day. If I could, I would give zero stars

It looked ok in the photos, but in reality it was a nightmare. We checked in at night. We paid on cash. The receptionist didn't have any coins and said something on the grounds of "sorry, too bad, it will stay this way". The elevator clearly doesn't work for a good 5-10 years and the room was very dirty and the sheets were damaged. The breakfast area (maybe it was a bar in the past?) outside is basically abandoned and the sink in that abandoned bar area was full of potato peels. We booked for two days and left after the first evening. Stay away from this hotel hell!

During our 2 night stay (because third night is half due to 3am flight back to our country) we experienced many insecurities and non good conditions in the apartment. The first one is that the door was not locking on the outside due to maintenance error in the key lock so whenever we wanted to get out to explore the city we just had the door closed without extra locking but this is the most minor thing. The major problem had to do with the cleanliness of the room. I have a bunch of photos that show that the room is not well cleaned as well as the sheets because in the second one we saw human hair when we arrived (they were probably from the previous visitors). Moreover and that’s totally the worst part is that the last night we stayed we saw 3 cockroaches (one on bathroom and 2 in the kitchen) meaning that the apartment is not even on pest control… Our experience was bad regarding the above issues and due to the limitation of other apartments we weren’t able to change and leave from there.
