WORST STAY OF MY LIFE. SWITCHED HOTELS IMMEDIATELY. THE RUDE LADY AT THE DESK IS JUST A DEPRESSIVE KAREN WHO PLEASURES HERSELF RIPPING CLIENTS OFF. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN COMPLETELY!!!!!!! Cockroaches everywhere, shit stains on bed, sheets, mold and fungus everywhere, no ac, dangerous for kids (to be electrocuted), WOOW never in a million years seen anything like this. 3 stars????? More like minus 3! They should give you money to stay in this horrible ''hotel''. Read all the negative comments beforehand and do not book!!!

You get what you pay for. Cheap old hotel in very nice location. Good place if You just need a place to sleep and then go out during the day. A/C and fridge are old but working very good. Breakfest are fine but the same every day. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was clean. Cats 😻

I booked here despite some poor reviews because it had a good location and the price was right. I'm traveling solo and have been traveling for 4 straight months. I stay in a lot of hostels and hotels every year -- more than 200 days a year. Based on my experience (latest trips have been Spain, England and Cyprus) I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. First, I was warmly greeted by Sam at the front desk. She is a gem, an honest, straightforward type of person without pretense. She walked me to my room and I was quite happy with the layout. The AC was on, working the whole time, the room was bright and clean and I saw no mold or exposed wires or anything out of the norm. It had a deck/balcony with plastic table and 2 chairs. The sliding door locked perfectly fine. There was a mini-fridge and a couch and "coffee table" and a small desk and chair. Kettle and teas and coffee. The bathroom has small but good shower and decent towels -- 2 sets. The bed was quite comfortable, wasn't an old springy job -- modern heavy foam construction type. I slept great, the area was quiet. I was in Bldg C in a top floor. This was no dungeon, trust me. I'd probably rate it 3.5 if I could but considering it's better -- in my opinion -- thaa a 3, I'm rounding-up. I had a good experience. That being said did I find some minor deficiencies? They kitchen counter had some minor marrs -- chips to surface -- and the elevator was apparently not working. I rarely use them anyway. The wifi could be spotty in the back but worked well enough. Was the furniture a bit dated? Yeah. Like most resort / tourist places I've been. I wasn't moving in -- 2 nights was my stay -- but wouldn't have bothered me for 5. The grounds around the back buildings isn't real scenic but it's pretty nice around the pool area, leafy/tropical and shady. The breakfast was very solid. Plenty of hot food and options -- yogurt fruit and decent coffee machine. It's not the Ritz but I'm not the Ritzy type, just looking for a decent bed and some basic amenities at a fair price. Great option for a budget-friendly holiday. The staff were all very helpful, and a special thanks to receptionist Joanna and her daughter who really made our stay more enjoyable — we felt very welcomed and well looked after. We'd definitely come back to Paphos because of their hospitality. Highly recommended, and best wishes to the whole team!

What a great little spot. Non pretentious, Just the basics. With great service from Samantha and her team. I messaged her from the USA and she answered all my questions from the day of booking till arrival. We were upgraded to a larger 2 bad apt. It was great, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices. And don't forget to get a dip on the pool after a long day of exploring Paphos to cool down. Don't expect luxury, just the best hospitality you can find in this beautiful little island.
