All 3 of the Bartenders at the pool bar, Andrew, Dima, and Panayotis are all very helpful, very funny, and very good at their job. They made our experience good.
This hotel truly suits everyone, families looking for a peaceful stay and students wanting to enjoy the nightlife. What made it exceptional was Andreas. He’s the heart of the place and the reason I returned!

The hotel itself is decent, I see many bad reviews, but for us, it wasn’t a bad experience when it came to the conditions. Didn’t book all inclusive as we always like to enjoy the local cuisine. The bar is nice and the employees at the pool side are really nice. The issue, however is that this can’t be considered a 4 star hotel, but rather a playground for uneducated teenagers. They run around, scream, talk very very loudly. The issue is, that it’s not just one occassion, not just one group, it’s almost constant and many many groups. They leave at around 1-2 am and come back at 5 in the morning and the noise they make stops around 7 am. I understand that this is a party destination, but there are limits to that. We can understand the noise coming from around, but what is happening at the hotel is rather a bad joke. I can’t understand how there are no other reviews complaining about this side. The hotel itself is not bad, the issue is with the tourists that stay at this hotel. It’s our first time in Ayia Napa, we travelled in a lot of places, but never encountered something like that. It’s normal to hear noises from time to time, but here is constant each night, several times. When you think it’s over and you can sleep, another group walks by screaming like we are in the middle of the forest. We were asked why we didn’t come each occassion to the reception, to report the noise, but it’s not our job to be the police around here, it’s the hotels repsonsability to make sure everyones stay is decent. We can’t give more stars, because this ruined our experience as we wanted to explore what this location has to offer besides the partying, but with a few hours slept at night, it’s hard to enjoy anything durung the day.
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the conduct of a member of your staff, the Reservation Manager named "Iota".
During my recent stay at your property, I experienced issues with the Wi-Fi connection and approached Iota to report the problem. Instead of addressing my concern in a courteous and constructive manner, she responded dismissively, stating that it “cannot be true” since no one else had complained. The implication was that I was not being honest, which I found both disrespectful and unprofessional.
I understand that not all issues can be resolved immediately, but I do expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy when raising a legitimate concern. I found Iota’s tone and attitude unnecessarily rude and dismissive, and her behaviour left a VERY negative impression.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address this matter internally. I trust that your establishment values guest satisfaction and professional standards, and I look forward to your response.
Honestly this hotel is a gem. The food is fantastic, and the hotel is really beautiful. Clean hotel, excellent staff and so so friendly. It has honestly been so much better than i even expected. Highly recommended 👌
