The hotel is decent, but there is room for improvement. We stayed with two children on an all-inclusive plan, and despite this, we encountered problems with the food. I would appreciate a larger selection of dishes that do not include spices, sauces, or additional ingredients. The children refused to eat cereals or spaghetti, for example, because they contained undesirable sauces or spices. As a result, we were forced to give them frozen nuggets due to the lack of options. We would prefer healthier food choices for children. Additionally, the canteen staff was quite bothersome. They frequently asked if we were finished, which was stressful. There were instances when our plates were taken away while we went to get a drink, even though we wanted to finish our meal. This was quite frustrating. Furthermore, as guests from Ukraine, we found it unacceptable that the hotel staff tried to communicate with us in Russian, given the ongoing conflict between our countries. I understand that our English may not be the best due to limited speaking experience over the past few years. However, using a language imposed upon us felt inappropriate, especially since our family has lost a brother/husband/ father because of the war with Russia. Therefore, despite having a generally good impression of the hotel, I would not choose to stay here again for the reasons mentioned above.

The hotel is in a Central location, clean, big pool with sunbeds for sleeping and comfortable prices at the pool bar. The staff was welcoming and patient. Breakfast was ok. There's room for improvement, especially with vegetables and cheeses for vegetarians.

The rooms are nice and have plenty of storage for 2 people. Our balcony overlooked the gardens. Due to the balcony screen being glass it made it like a greenhouse and was unbearable to sit out on a morning. Beds were relatively comfy, maids came in nearly every day. Shower nice and hot. On arrival our fridge had 2 bottles of water which were never replenished during our stay, even though we were AI so we had to buy some. The tea station never got replenished either, you are given 2 paper cups to make hot drinks which I found bizarre. Safe is 30euro deposit which you get back at the end of your stay. Snack bar food is pretty bad, burgers don't even come with any salad. However, if you pay for it as a guest who isn't AI you will be given side salad and a lovely presentation and they will make a fuss of you. Main restaurant is good. We are vegetarians and always found something, all be it a random plate of food sometimes. My only complaint with the food is it simply isn't hot enough. Luke warm at best-this really needs addressing. They bring drinks over to you in the restaurant. This is a good hotel, we paid for AI as it was only £150 extra each so for us was worth it. Meals on the strip are avg £15 main £5-7 starter so we couldn't really afford to be eating out every night. However, it lacks heart, and personality. The staff hardly engage with you, look pissed off all day, never smile. There is a mix of nationalities come to this hotel. The pool is quite small and I imagine in peak season would be rammed. Although jet2 advertise this as a Vibe hotel there were plenty of families here. There is some music on by the pool bar but you can't hear it. Location is good, 2 minute walk onto the main road where there are plenty of restaurants. 10min walk upto the top where the main strip is. When I booked I wasn't expecting this to be 4* amazing. It was a week away from the kids in the sunshine to relax. And that's what we did.

We spent our holiday in this hotel. The hotel has good location,it is a few minutes from the centre but a little behind the main street so it is away from the crowd and loud music. The beach is not far and the bus station is very close when you want to go to nearby beaches .The stuff is very kind and always ready to help and give you information about everything you need. It is very clean, they clean the rooms every day, change towels and sheets every three or four times in 10 days. The food is good, we had half-board and every day you could eat something different, especially for dinner when there is different cuisine every night from Chinese, Italian,Greek and so on. All in all we had a great time and if we decide to visit Cyprus again we will choose Nicholas Colours for our stay again.

Unfortunately very disappointed with this hotel. Supposedly a 4-star hotel but it’s more like standard 2-3 stars. The cleaning is terrible, we had to switch rooms because of it and when we got to the new room a door handle was missing, it wasn’t very clean, soap was also missing in the shower. Every time they cleaned the room they would leave one towel (for one person) not for two people and not refill the soap, so we had to ask the staff to fix it. Very noisy from the neighbors and fan. Also sounded like construction work besides us. The bed and pillows are super uncomfortable, very very hard bed, doesn’t feel like there’s a proper mattress (also dirty). Positives: The pool is alright and the location is very good. Some of the staff are friendly, others not so much. We are very polite people with not very high expectations/standard and yet we got very disappointed. Even though it wasn’t to the standers they promised we were super polite about it all but some of the staff was not very helpful. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again and do not recommend.
