Premium accommodation in Ayia Napa, I've been here for the second time, it's like going home.. the nicest staff welcomes you here.. the room, the food, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa, the best place!! The most delicious food is in this hotel, everything is wonderful here!

Super nice hotel with nice facilities not far from the beach or the town center. Great and exciting food with very polite and professional staff. The one bartender, RaVii i think his name was, is professional in his work and provided a memorable stay for me and my family. He really did the littIe extra to give us the vacation we wanted. I would rate this place a 10/10 for anyone that is considering to go to Aiya Napa.

If you are disabled, I do not recommend this hotel.
We booked a disabled-access room two months in advance over the phone and received reassurance from the hotel that we would get a wheelchair-friendly room. However, when we arrived, the room was not suitable for wheelchair users at all (please see attached pictures). The wheelchair could not pass through half of the room, and the bathroom only had a basic plastic chair — completely inadequate for accessibility needs.
When we complained to the receptionist, she was unhelpful. We requested either a proper accessible room or a refund for the first night, but she insisted that these were the only rooms available and even told us, If you don’t like it, you can leave (which will be the only way for us to get a full refund). After travelling for two hours with a disabled person, leaving in the middle of the night was not a realistic option.
The receptionist later mentioned that an accessible room would be available the next day, but they refused to refund us for the first night despite us not getting the room we had booked. We spent hours insisting on escalating the complaint, and even then, it took until the next day to finally speak to a manager — something that should have happened immediately given the urgency of the situation.
Once we finally reached the manager, they were understanding and offered us an all-inclusive stay and later refunded the first night, which we appreciated.
On a positive note, the food was great, the location was convenient, and the rooms were clean.

Very nice hotel! Rooms were very clean, we arrived late at night and missed the dinner so they gave us lunch boxes and water , pool has enough sunbeds, Lady gaga who worked at the pool bar at nights and in the restaurant was a lovely lady very kind , always had a smile on her face , she was very helpful and could tell she was a hard worker , all staff were also helpful especially the reception! The only down fall was the food , could be abit better ! Overall we had a lovely holiday , highly recommend

Everything was great, starting with the welcome, which was very pleasant, and continuing to everything else that we experienced during our stay in this hotel.
Cleanliness is at a good level, rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day.
The food is delicious and varied, especially for dinner.
It is in a very good location, even though it is in the very center of the city, but it is still well away from the noise.
We will be happy to come again.

Some of the rooms have some facilities designed to be used by disabled people, offering roll-in showers and slightly wider room & bathroom entrance and handle on the walk-in shower wall and next to the toilet.

*Please note that a room with additional 2 extra folded or Bunk beds will be crowded.
