Clean spacious rooms. Not bad for the price paid. Better than what we expected,given the low rating.

Do NOT book this hotel, 1 star is extremely generous!! Hotel is in dire condition and we only saw the reception area. 3 families which included 5 children were left stranded due to no rooms being available, even though we had booked online and had confirmation. We were asked to wait in the “lobby” area while they tried to sort rooms. There are no seats in the lobby area so we were sat on the floor. We were told rooms were being sorted for us. While we were waiting 2 other families left the hotel due to the poor condition and were arguing with the receptionist. We were told we had rooms and that they would be ready in 5 minutes, after we had already been waiting for an hour. After waiting patiently for over an hour and being told rooms will be ready in 5 minutes, they informed us that no rooms were available. Being lied to by the hotel staff throughout this process infuriated us as we were no stranded in ayi Napa with 5 children. Reception staff extremely rude! Due to our large group, hotel availability was limited when trying to book for the night at 1630. Luckily we managed to find rooms in Green bungalow but at a price.

Just no. hell no. Your card who open your door. Opens all the doors. No safety. Abusive people working here. Its not the same in photos. Stay away from this hotel.

We were misled by the pictures posted on the website.When we went to the place we were asked to take pictures of our id and passport and send them to an email and when we asked “how do we know that our information is not going to get leaked?” the answer we got is “yeah i understand “ and then we were told it’s for the immigration department.The lobby looks nothing like the pictures,it’s empty and dirty and there was a kid licking or doing something next to the window when we were walking in.There were kids running around without parents and people being loud.We gave it the benefit of the doubt and continued on.After we were checked in we were led to the room 602 and in the way there we saw drawing on the walls with pens and pencils that looked like done by kids obviously no one cared to get rid of them.After a few attempts from the receptionist to open the door (the card didn’t work at first and the door had problems closing and opening and he excused it by “oh it’s just the paint there”) we walked into the room and it was nothing like what we saw in the pictures.The bathroom was old,the tiles were worn out ,the desk was old and beaten up with peeling wood .After we complained about the condition of the room and that we wanted to cancel the attitude of the receptionist completely changed.He started being rude and after calling his boss twice and downplaying our complaints he was given the option to show us other rooms or for us to wait for their decision that could take up to 12 hours on whether or not we could get a free cancellation.While showing us the other room that we’re in even worse conditions with some of them having more drawings on the bed frames and walls.There was also a dead cockroach in the hallway.We asked to just give us the number for his boss so we could talk to him personally and we were told “He has other things to do he doesn’t have time for that” and after talking to him more the receptionist told us “I have other things to do i don’t have time for you”.After my boyfriend started to be overwhelmed my the whole situation he started having an anxiety attack and asked for water from the receptionist and he declined,we went outside but after 30 minutes of him ignoring us we went in one more time to ask if we’d get a response soon and with complete negligence he told us we have to wait 12 hours and he didn’t want to deal with us

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL AS IT ISN'T A HOTEL. DON'T BE FOOLED...the photos and description are all incorrect information. It is just a building with rooms in poor condition that needs severe maintenance. I spoke with the receptionist, named vladyslav, as he showed me my room when I checked in at 17:45 on Thursday, 3rd August 2023. I had issues with the first room when I arrived as the shower wasn't working, and the balcony door wasn't closing, so it kept stopping the air-con from staying switched on. I was given another room, and again, I had issues with that room, too. The toilet sink had a leakage, which was fixed, but the air-con box on the balcony kept leaking water all over the floor, which caused me to nearly slip and fall down. Also, the shower rail is not stable as it is not screwed onto anything, so it fell off and nearly hit my head. The water that is coming out of the air-con box and shower rail has not been repaired, but I didn't want to move again, so I stayed in the room. There is no kitchen in the room and not even a kettle. Room Service is non-existent. (NO SWIMMING POOL) I only stayed 3 nights, but nothing got repaired as nobody cares about the building or knows how to value the customer. I would NEVER recommend anybody to go to this fake hotel as it's the worst place to stay for any persons standards.
