What a fabulous hotel and location👌. Short 2 min walk onto the main strip and access to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The Hotel is also accessible to the beachside walkway and beach, couldn't have asked for better. A perfect and safe location 👌
Capo staff very friendly, polite, and hardworking✔️. The room was ideal and perfectly sized😎, with all amenities only downside was the hairdryer, not the best, and when in use cumbersome box attached. The view from the room was spectacular, nice to chill at the end of the day, and watch the beach life wind down.
Rooms refreshed daily as were towels and toiletries when required.
Breakfast options are catered for all and great timings, so there is no rush. The staff here are super friendly, welcoming, and attentive😀.
The pools are immaculate 🩵and the grounds are well-maintained. Staff are always busy maintaining and keeping the standards high!
Beautiful tiered sun lounger spacing, no squashing up in this hotel. Great adult only pool area and lounger spaces.
Waiting staff at the poolside were attentive and always on hand. Poolside towels refreshed daily, ideal!
On-site restaurants are accessible to all abilities. The food was tasty, and there was a great selection of food and Scrummy cocktails.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would be happy to come back. 😍 you feel welcome safe and relaxed 🫶

**Worst Experience Ever!**
This is the worst place I have ever been to! We booked a suite and everything was very dirty. I don’t even want to go into details, just the fact that there is carpet flooring that hasn’t been changed since the hotel was built – imagine how much dirt is there, and it’s visible to the naked eye!
Besides that, the windows were disgusting, the jacuzzi had mold, and the chairs were filthy. At one point, I sat down in my swimsuit and got stuck to it. We thought, “Let’s just get through this for one day.”
We decided to go to the beach, opened our umbrella, and then an elderly man, who was a hotel employee, came over, closed our umbrella, and hit us on the head with the edges of it. He was yelling in a rude manner, as if he had just come down from the mountains – the man clearly had no manners. We asked him why he was being disrespectful, and he shouted that he was frustrated because we opened the umbrella while it was windy.
Of course, we left immediately and are considering filing a complaint against him and the entire hotel! It was a tragic experience; do not go there for any reason!

I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms, but we spent the day there, had lunch at Koi, and enjoyed the public beach. The food was exceptionally good and fairly priced. The view was stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

This hotel comes up as a 5 star hotel in many booking websites. We should have checked Google before booking it.
Pros: The restaurant staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and attentive. We were given a sea view room even though we booked a room with an inland view. Bed was comfortable. Gym open 24hours which was great . Plenty of parking spaces. Pleasant foyer .
Cons: Rooms are average. Air con very noisy. Check in straight forward but no personal handover. Toiletries were not replaced even though we stayed for 3 nights. Feels like the hotel is more worried about people stealing towels than making a pleasurable experience for the guests. Inaccessible beach, overcrowded, we didn’t bother. Buffet restaurant very limited. Gym too small for the size of the hotel, getting easily crowded, especially before breakfast. Complementary water only on day one, you’ll have to buy your own from the hotel mini market for the rest of the stay.
Friendly staff, but just not what we were expecting. If you have a car it’s best to explore away from the direct area . There are some fantastic isolated locations within 20 mins of the hotel.

Everything was always clean and tidy. Staff were lovely, location is great too. Food at the restaurants and at breakfast was delicious. We had a massage and facial at the spa and it really was excellent. The gym ceiling is very low, be careful if you’re lifting dumbbells! Lovely pools and beautiful views of the beach. Would 100% stay again.

Elea Breakfast Restaurant with its spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea offers a fantastic breakfast buffet, ideal for the beginning of every day.

Swimming Pools
A holiday to Cyprus would not be complete without the opportunity to relax beside the pool with a drink. The Capo Bay hotel has some of the best swimming pools in Cyprus which have stunning views of the sea.
There are two open-air swimming pools with fresh water. One is a free shaped pool with a Jacuzzi and there is also a smaller pool for children and one pool that can be used by adult guests only, which is heated during April and for this month only it can be used by children.
For April and October, there changes to the use of adult indoor swimming pool. For the months of March, April and October, children may use this pool when accompanied by adults, between the hours of 10:00 to 16:00. This is a smaller pool and the number of persons using the pool at any one time is controlled. The spa management reserve the right to turn away any children that do not adhere to the rules and regulations of the oneiro spa indoor pool.
To help guests enjoy the pools fully, there are pool towels, sunbeds and sunshades available on the premises for their use.
Because there is more than one swimming pool they can rest assured that there will always be plenty of space to swim or just enjoy the water.
Padel Tennis Courts
A noteworthy change is the removal of the tennis courts and the addition of 2 Padel Tennis Courts. Padel Tennis is a dynamic and exciting new racquets sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, creating an exhilarating and engaging experience for all ages. Padel is an inclusive sport that is easy to learn, making it ideal for beginners, yet challenging enough to keep advanced players engaged. Another leisure activity guests can indulge in while on their holiday is the gym. The Capo Bay hotel has a fully equipped modern gym-based within the SPA centre operational for 8 hours daily. Use of the spa wet areas (sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, Vichy shower and sanarium) from 2024, these facilities will be payable.
The fully modern equipped gym will ensure all their fitness requirements are met whilst on holiday. Because of its location in the SPA centre, they can follow a rigorous training session with a massage to help them cool down!
